Come on man! Talk about beating the case on grounds of RICO! Traffic court is nothing but a fraud. Do your research and homework on what EXACTLY what traffic mean! These judges and prosecutors are criminals that infringe upon your liberties and possessions! This video is way off beating any dam thang! Jeheretic, you know exactly what I'm saying. Sue them for violating procedures of law, violations of rights, conspiracy to deprive of rights under color of law, treason, sedition, kidnap, armed robbery, armed kidnapping, declaring a false emergency, malicious prosecution ect.... read law know truth. the list goes on

@JEHERETIC you would take it to trial make them prove you have to have by law those commercial items (driver license, insurance and registration), make them prove to you that they do not have an Oath to uphold the constitution, make them prove FED NOTES ARE LAWFUL MONEY and it is not a violation of the supreme law of the land! article 1 section 10 is it? dunno go look for yerself and find out
