Interesting attempt to be all clandestine and brave posting this. However the footage only overs the last kilometre or two of DPRK before the brige to China. Not really rural. It's highly unlikely they'd stop the train for filming the last bit. Now, if you filmed from Pyongyang to the border post, that would have been interesting and more revealing.
