I beg to differ about the AEI, DOD, and the third point as well. Many of the MKULTRA science that was done was done by academic who did not realize who funded them. The documentary from Canadian TV was my source for point #2.

As a former student of Dr. Persinger, I have to tell everyone that most content in this video about Dr. P is totally fictitious. Dr. P has never worked for the US gov. Dr. P involved with EM research on the human CNS. What he meant was abt the possibility of using EM to influence the brain. There is no way he's involved with mind control.
