And as far as what they want, I think it's they just want you to post that you don't 'own any of the material used' in the video. I've seen others post their amvs but put that in the description. I don't know if they'll still disable something in it after you do but I think it'd be worth a shot since so many people love this amv.

It is after Shishio is beaten, Kenshin says all he wants is to go home (with Kaoru). Implying that he has stopped being a Ronin and has finally decided to settle down with Kaoru at the Dojo. Judging by his past, this is an important development in the series.
