If its a FWD (Front Wheel Drive) you may need a couple of friends as miloskujovic stated, or you can block the rear tires, pull the e-brake, rev it up, & dump the clutch (at or close to rev limiter). If its an auto do the same steps, but insted of using the clutch u Rev it up in N then slam it into D.

If its a RWD (Rear Wheel Drive) put it in Gear / Drive, Press the Brake, and hold the Gas!!!

If it's manual, with the parking brake full on, try putting it in neutural, build up the revs with the clutch pushed in, shift to first and dump the clutch. This will cause the front to break loose of traction. If it's automatic, no clutch obviously, neutural, build revs then shift to drive.
