  • @medic---google opencarr.org

    Lots of great info there

  • Is it legal in every state to open carry? I really want to try this but unsure of the carrying laws in Tennessee. A little advice would be appreciated. Thanks for the video

  • @Meidcmoore no its not legal in all states. im sure you can find a list online.

  • how much them tickets cost to that power trip he's on?

  • Wow. lol xDDD

  • PUNK

  • Open carry on foot is legal without a permit, but you do need a permit to carry a loaded handgun in a vehicle, concealed or not. They probably tailed you to see if you got in your car with your pistol loaded and on your person.

Get a NH Pistol/Revolver License. Next time the police stop you, show it to them, even if you're open-carrying. Trust me. I carry concealed every day in NH. If anything, the police will give you more respect for being forthcoming and letting them know they're safe.

  • show your ID do you have anything to hide? no law abiding citizen probably vote would you like illegals to vote? I would like law abiding citizens who carry guns and vote to show their ID when asked to do so by law enforcement. carry your gun, vote IF your a CITIZEN

  • @MrDBLEVIN -If you have not committed a crime, there is no reason to give up your ID.

  • @MrDBLEVIN It's every law abiding New Hampshire resident's RIGHT to open carry without being detained by police for purpose of identification. You don't have to provide identification to police unless your being issued a citation or placed under arrest for a criminal act.Police are not allowed to run the registration plates of a person open carrying for purpose of identification.I wouldn't want everybody in the state hearing my personal information over the scanner, it's an invasion of privacy.

  • This is looking for trouble, not just using your rights.

  • this person shouldn't be out in the public with a gun...only criminals and cops should have guns...and everyone else should all eat shit...lol!

  • @SpeakingMyMind7 "[C]riminals … should have guns"? Don't be silly.

Know the law before you go spouting off. Open carry is 100% legal in NH, and concealed carry is quite common and easy to obtain a permit for. We like to treat people like adults up here, and it shows in the crime statistics. There is practically no gun crime.

If you don't like it, don't come to NH. I'm sure Chicago would be more to your liking, where citizens can't legally carry guns. Enjoy all the violent crime over there!

  • @Jimulacrum Over crowding is the reason for all the crime in Chicago or anyplace else.

  • I have watched a lot of these open carry videos and have noticed something, most of them are in NH, you guys must be disgruntled gun owners

I think it's funny that when the officer asks if this guy has a permit, he responds no I am open carrying. The state of NH requires a permit to carry. So...this guy is basically saying that because he is open carrying this weapon he doesn't need one? This guy also makes the comment towards the beginning of the video that it is starting to get dark so he b

  • @SneekySquirrel81 In NH, you only need a license to carry a loaded handgun in a vehicle or concealed on your person. No license is required to carry openly in public.

This has been confirmed in court cases. The reference this man makes to others' "annoyance or alarm" not overriding his right to bear arms is a direct quote from such a court case.

  • I would hate to be a cop in an open carry state just for this reason. You get a bunch of smart ass kids walking around with guns and video camera's TRYING to see if they can lure a cop into fucking with so they can put it on YouTube.

  • @Scott19seventy5 It makes me proud to see the youth exercising the unique right of this country. Its a shame the older generation (you) have let it die.

Its refreshing when the youth know the constitution. Its a glimmer of hope

  • @selfmadeboys88 Well let me excercise the unique right of telling you to fuck off. Owning guns and carrying them are one thing, but if you are INTENTIONALLY trying to be some sort of attention whore just to fuck with people and cops then you need to be stopped and questioned.

  • @Scott19seventy5 baha Youre a cop arent you? i can tell a simple mind.

"you need to be stopped and questioned."

Seems to me like the cops are the ones always swarming open carriers, and hassling them out of no where, then demonstrating how they dont know the law. I guess thats the attention open carries want? being harassed

Just as cops arm themselves with guns for protection, open carriers need to arm themselves with cameras for protection against thugs like this one.

  • @selfmadeboys88 Nope, never was a cop or ever will be one. I'm not against open carriers. I'm against smart asses.

  • @Scott19seventy5 well usually smart asses are people who pretend like they know something and have a lot to prove, so i guess youre against cops lol.

    So easy.

  • @selfmadeboys88 Cops don't need to know anything.

That's why they have [Qualified Immunity] to protect them when they are abusing the [Force Continuum]. Cops see all people as their stupid step children, so when you make yourself a target, be prepared to get a legal beating by Deputy Dad.

  • @Scott19seventy5 you just helped my argument...i thought you were against my point...

    Are we friends now?

  • @Scott19seventy5 Most of the police officers in New Hampshire know the law. It's usually the fault of nonresidents &/or new residents who don't know the law & call 911 about a "person with a gun".The police must investigate complaints, if their stressed from adrenaline, some profanity may slip from the tongue while their de-stressing.What might help reduce these encounters is educating new residents & issuing a summons to non-resident repeat 911 callers for disturbing the peace.

  • The Third Riech lives. "I am the law, because i have a gun. So if a civillian has a gun, he threatens my authority. MUST PUFF CHEST OUT TO LOOK SUPERIOR." <-- What goes through a cops mind, when he isnt jacking off to glaze doughnut pictures. POWER TRIP TIME.

  • walking around without ID is stupid and irresponsible.

  • Open carry is a law that should be protected by the police not condemned. Its a right. If they dont like it.. change it people. Im buying a bazaooka right now.

  • You are a dick.. open carry is fine... just relax and let the law work. Officers are on high stress all day... you add to that... we (open carriers) should retract from that.

  • There is nothing wrong with open carry. I live in an open carry state and have done so before. But I hardly think that intentionally attracting a police officer's attention and then being what seems very disrespectful is the way to get the point across.

  • Good on you mate, I wish we had open carry in Australia. I also agree that open carry should continue and police to be calmly reminded of your legal rights when approached.

  • "I don't wish to answer any questions, and I don't consent to any searches. I'd like to be on my way now. Am I free to go?"

  • ok, so i live in virginia and was an avid open carrier for years before i got my CCW. i did not go out looking for interactions with cops. i did not wear anything that made an obvious point that i was proud of what i was doing. we all know that cops are going to make a big deal out of someone who is carrying. in my 3 years of open carrying in northern virginia i have never been stopped by cops. they have told me good job, but when you approach a situation ready for a standoff, its gunna happen.

  • your ignorace should be enough to have you arested

  • @skywalkermix learn to spell

  • @TheDirtball69 suc mi dick

  • your wasting eveybodys time including the cops.

  • @skywalkermix i believe your the idiot officer sir.he wasn't breaking any law he has the right to open carry but you say he wasting time.its you officer who is wasting time by posting stupid remarks and i mean STUPID OFFICER.now am i free to go officer?

  • idiot

  • you have way too much time on your hands

  • I have to say this is causing the local doughnut shop a lot of money. Every minute they are out there trying to deny you your rights the doughnut shop is loosing sales.

  • Officer: "Sir you need my personal verbal permission to excercise your rights."

  • look up officer bubbles a cocksucker of a cop from toronto arrested a woman for BLOWING FUCKING BUBBLES

  • What does the dip shit expect? Would you be happy if cops didn't even look at you while you carried your weapon around? So much for protecting the public if that scenario is what you want.

  • Thanks! When you stand up for your rights, you stand up for mine too.

  • @13thFlor A truer statement is rarely made.

I, too, applaud brave men and women like this that are standing up for not only their rights, but OUR rights.

  • You're just a little kid who wants to show your weapon.. that's all

thats why i hate open carry WHORES.

  • This really doesn't help anyone's cause. It's just hassling a police officer whose trying to do his job. You really can't blame the cop for stopping to ask him where he was from and what he was doing there because frankly, he's walking around with a potentially loaded firearm in the middle of a populated area.

Only thing the cop did wrong was curse at him, which I probably would've done too, because this is an armed person dodging questions with impertinent answers, and that's frustrating.

  • @Thatevilmidget The point is the cop doesn't have the power to force the answers from him.

  • @armeg35 True, but think of it from the police officer's perspective: you've got a guy here with a weapon in plain view walking through a populated area, and that guy is being obnoxious towards you. Those two things could easily mean someone's about to go postal, or it could mean that someone just doesn't like being stopped by the police.

Either way, were I that police officer, I would've delayed and questioned him too (the cursing was wrong regardless of other considerations though)

  • ...what gives policemon gun to carry? Why, the, "Law" of course! Now, officer Tough Guy... JUST WHAT DO YOU THINK THE CONSTITUTION IS, ADOLF!!!!!

  • in alaska you can open carry loaded with ammo...there was a young man who was shot just a few weeks ago because someone mistaken who he was for some else and if he didnt have his gun his wife and daughter would have got shot as well they may have not been as lucky as he was (he obatined a minor flesh wound)...but here in alaska its common to open carry or conceal carry with or without permits and we are one of the top five states to have the least murders and roberies....

  • Awesome

  • LOL,,,,,,too funny! If you don't know now,,,nothing I can say will change your mind. Pull your head out and see the light!

  • never really see anyone do open carry around where i live, but yesterday, i saw a dude doing open carry and opening doors for people, etc. nicest guy ever. just thought i'd say that, haha

  • if someone wanted to look like a crook, or was a crook in general...do you think they would want to open carry a weapon? Only an honest, law abiding citizen would want to open carry.

  • Fuck open carry. Sure it's a right, but why provoke people to think some kook is walking around preparing to shoot up the town? Carry the damn pistol concealed. I disagree with applying for a concealed carry permit as the right to bear arms is a Constitutional Right. Kill any sob that would illegally search your person or effects without probable cause or reasonable suspicion. Damn the checkpoints. Damn the tsa, dhs, irs. End the fed and the banking scam of printing money out of thin air

  • Just another idiot trying to prove a useless point, consider using your time more wisely........lol.........

  • @MrHarbor69 please, tell me what he was trying to prove and why it was pointless. remember not to sound like a complete bimbo before speaking..

  • All you Fuckin Faggots that Have something to say about him carrying his weapon Legally all i Gotta say is Fuck you, you pieces of shit no good fuckin faggots Go suck Some Dick and put a pacifier in your fuckin mouth you big Bitch. this goes to @Siguror6,@ohannahdad,thisbro1 Fuck you faggots especially Siguror6 Fuck you piece of shit come to my state of Arizona and ill show you How we Respectfully and Proudly we present our weapons BITCH FUCKYOU Faggot

  • All you Fuckin Faggots that Have something to say about him carrying his weapon Legally all i Gotta say is Fuck you, you pieces of shit no good fuckin faggots Go suck Some Dick and put a pacifier in your fuckin mouth you big Bitch. this goes to @Siguror6,@ohannahdad,thisbro1 Fuck you faggots especially Siguror6 Fuck you piece of shit come to my state of Arizona and ill show you How we Respectfully and Proudly we present outr weapons BITCH FCUKYOU Faggot

  • @3wheeler6969 Fuck you asshole Free Speech LOL

  • i wish that cop kicked the living shit outta you fag

  • What's to keep a felon from open carrying if they do what you do.???That will take your picture and put it against a facial recognition data base soon. So why not just give them you ID it's stupid

  • @Siguror6 Ask yourself one question. Why would a felon, wanted person , someone about to commit a crime, or just anyone that doesw NOT want to call attention to themself.......open carry a weapon? A felon or would be bad guy wants to blend in, not stand out or be noticed. You refuse to show ID because it is your right to do so. We are allowed to do less of what we WANT to do, and are told told more & more what we HAVE to do. Our constitution is losing its' power and influence for us all.

  • @ohannahdad Duh I get all that, but felons are not the brightest bulbs and if they think they can carry a gun and not have to ID themselves some morons will do it.

You have rights, but if a felon does something stupid or if someone snatches and kills you with your own gun, the laws may suddenly change. 8,9 million people in NYC and noone is allowed to have a gun, that can happen to you. Keep your rights but keep it low profile'cause that is wioser, your course will cause loss of rights.

  • @Siguror6 So exercising your rights will cause you to lose those rights? That's brilliant logic. And by brilliant I mean completely retarded.

  • @Siguror6 I don't know how much of your discussion should be based on "felons" not being such bright bulbs. If they are aware of open carry, they would also be aware that these weapons have to be empty. Cops do have the right to check your open carry weapon for this. What do you think the bad guy would rather do........carry an emty weapon where it can be seen and maybe get stopped for a weapons check, or conceal a loaded ready to shoot gun and probably not be stopped. Duh? I think not!!

  • @ohannahdad You have to have an unloaded gun? Why would you carry an unloaded gun. If someone is going to rob a store and they see youy, you get shot FIRST! This is getting more absurd by the minute.

All you are doing is wearing a big sign SHOOT ME FIRST LOL You guys arte rediculous. Where I am you can carry a loaded Ak down the street. But if a cop wants some reassurance, and if I was dumb enough to carry an AK, I would gladly show him ID cause I have created a stressor.

  • @Siguror6 Unless you live in Iraq, non law- enforcement open carry citizens carry a weapon on one side and an ammo clip on the other. I don't know of any state where these guns are allowed to be loaded in public areas. That renains a moot point. My basic question still stands. What creep that is going to rob a store is going to open carry a gun (loaded or empty) out in the open where he and it will stand out from probably everyone else? He would be calling unnecessary attention to himself.

  • @ohannahdad Education is a wonderful thing. Viriginia open carry LOADED OK, because do so otherwise is idiotic as you will be attacked first.

Felons are losers, they for the most part are stupid, robbing banks, etc.

The point is that these numbskulls COULD be carrying a gun and you can not, as a police officer ASSUME

that the guys walking a block away from a homicide, robbery, is NOT that guy you see walking with a gun. Get concealed permit and carry loaded or leave it HOME.

  • @Siguror6 Not all weapons can be loaded and open carried in public. Some can and I am aware of that. My entire point is not what you keep drumming on. I am simply saying that the real bad guys are NOT going to open carry ANY weapon because they are trying not to be conspicuous. Sorry!! No open carry of semiautomatic weapon holding more than 20 rnds; shotguns holding 7or more rnds, and assult rifles. Va. Law 18.2-287.4 Yeah! Education is....ah...what you said!! Have a good day.!!!

  • @ohannahdad I am so glad you have educated yourself. Yes I can walk down the street with an AR-15 loaded with 20 rounds etc etc. To bad you can't. And p[issing off the public is going to get yopu no where. Again please think before you walk around with an unloaded gun. You have a big fat target on your forehead and aint nothing you are going to be able to do about.

  • @Siguror6 Your ranting & raving is pointless. It has nothing to do with the point that you don't have but are trying to make anyway. I doubt you can walk down the street at all. You probably are not allowed out of your rubber room on your own. I suggest you take your meds and go sit in the corner and play with your blocks. Conversations about issues like this should be limited to people with an IQ higher than my golf score. Obviously tou don't qualify. End of comments. UR closed out now!!

  • @ohannahdad I see I made my point as you have given up. I hope you don't get beat on the head and have you gun taken away from you since you walk around with it unloaded. LOL

  • @ohannahdad in alaska you can open carry loaded with ammo...there was a young man who was shot just a few weeks ago because someone mistaken who he was for some else and if he didnt had his gun his wife and daughter would have got shot as well they may have not been as lucky as he was (he obatined a minor flesh wound)...but here in alaska its common to open carry or conceal carry with or without permits and we are one of the top five states to have the least murders and roberies....

  • @Siguror6 You should also conider tht there will be bad guys. Pepole exercising open carry are neither going to promote nor discourage felons from being.........felons. Also any open carry citizen that i know would help an officer in trouble (only upon an officers request) should the situation arise. Some cops consider open carry a challenge to their authority. We ARE the auyhority. They work for us. Other cops don't mind at all. At least they can see where some of the guns are.

  • Why don't you guys put a letter in the news paper indicating that you have the right to do that and send a copy to the police?

  • don't these guys have a job a life a girlfriend LOL

  • keep this guy away from children

  • "where is your car"

    "parked somewhere"

    "really?"

Uhhh no my car is dirving itself around. Oh look, there it it is, lets wave at it as it passes us by...

  • Its idiots like you that are causing the rest of us to lose our rights!

  • dude even though u trying to express ur right to carry u still cooperate with cops, dont make a jackass of urself. and if u dont have an id on u, ur retarded they can detain u for not haveing an id. and ur not freed until proof of citizenship

  • Comment removed

  • @psykedelicdude4 Please tell me in what state you can be detained for not having an ID, as I have spoken to several police officers in my state who say that this is not true here.

  • Wasn't that cop a bright and shining example of a police officer? If I was his chief and saw this video I would fire him for cussing in front of a citizen on a routine stop.

  • I am an open carry advocate and do so myself proudly...but I would arrest you for wearing a kilt.

  • Honest question: Do you feel that this method is effective in educating police and citizens or does it actually result in more opposition to what you are trying to accomplish.

  • @CanDoSeabee1 Sadly, I'm sure it's the latter. AB 144 was inspired by open carry demonstrations.

  • Ok on the Open Carry but a KILT??

  • If OC is lawful in your state then go ahead and carry. But please be willing to acknowledge that not all cops harrass people. An officers job is to investigate suspicious activity. If an Officer stops you to question what you are doing & why, he/she is not necessasarily trying to harrass you. If the officer is polite, then reponding in a polite & non-confrontational way wil get you alot further with most officer I know & I speak from 32 yrs of experience as a cop. The job is hard enough.

  • I don't know why people get so upset when they see someone with a holstered gun in public. They need to realize there are many concealed guns among them and this just happens to be one they can see. As long as it's in the holster, it's no threat to them.

I suppose it's just the way people have been brainwashed that all guns are scary.

  • Thank you sir

  • Cops don't even know the law, pathetic. Isn't that their job? Apart from collecting revenue for the state of course. Meanwhile there are actual crimes being committed while these idiots follow a guy doing nothing wrong.

  • "A right unexercised is a right lost"

  • I'm all for gun rights, but parading around just to see if you will be stopped is something else. The police didn't stop you just because you had a gun, they were responding to complaints. The law may state that a person is allowed to open carry without a license, but I'm sure it also states that a person has to be of a certain age and not be a convicted felon. You could have been detained (based on the complaints, not just having the gun) until your identity was verified since you had no ID.

  • i personally beleive open carry is a positive thing. All of those who post and say it makes you a target have no facts to backup their claims. The fact of the matter is if it is legal then it is legal. It is your choice to disagree with it but the fact is it is legal and there is no reason to stop and bother someone who is doing nothing illegal.

  • "Oh hey everyone, I'm making a video trolling to get a rise out of police officer's only to give them shit when they try to make sure that I'm not about to start trouble. I always got made fun of when I was a kid for being a loser, but now I carry around an unloaded gun to feel tough."

  • @Zloggy pretty sure Doobie is smart enough to carry his personal protection tool fully loaded.

  • @Zloggy

Yeah, because we want to live in a world where only pigs and criminals are armed, don't we?

  • @MRcalibrecincuenta

what about ppl who cant get a CPL,such as myself.

are you implying that just because i am under the age of 21 that i should not be able to carry a gun to defend mysef?

    Think about that.

  • It would have been much smoother had he quickly informed the officers at the start "I am filming and audio taping this conversation and its going out LIVE ON THE INTERNET!" The cops would have been mega polite and he would have been speedily on his way again.

  • Open carrying is USELESS, just makes you a TARGET. The bad guys KNOW you have a gun, so what will they do? Get MORE guns to out gun you. The gun isn't going to save you, if they do a drive by, its not like the gun will activate a bulletproof shield or something. Your a target if you open carry. Concealed is a different story. But your asking for attention if you open carry. What if you get confronted by 4 gangsters at gun point because they like your gun and want to steal it, what good is.....

  • open carrying in a situation like that? I man i'm pro gun but open carrying is just stupid and useless. Just makes you a target.

  • @MRcalibrecincuenta You repeating it doesn't make it any more true.

  • @MRcalibrecincuenta

Ok, so for whatever reason you have better chances in a drive-by if your gun is concealed than if it isn't? Don't be an idiot, cops open carry, too, and nothing you dreamt up has ever happened to them.

    Good story, you're very creative.

  • I do not mind raiseing awareness but starting stuff on purpose is just dumb

  • 3 seconds after i post the comment "somebody else gon' come pick me up, mang" from the video. fuck my life...

  • It's illegal to drive without a license, did anyone else notice that?

  • @jp66669 Yea... I caught that right away. good obs.

  • @AmericanSitRep I have eyes and ears like a hawk and a bat, yo.

  • Open carry is for assholes. Just concealed carry so you don't scare the locals.

  • @bluecrabsandsushi2 Yea your right we all should let you little bitchy fucktards who are afraid of a gun stay in your safety bubble and when you get your confronted by a thug and you have nothing to defend you but hey there is an open carry who can help you just tell him you think hes an asshole and to keep on walking. Fuck you ya liberal bastard

  • @bluecrabsandsushi2 So we should give up our rights for the "locals?" I don't think so and I'm pretty sure there's alot of people with me on that one.

  • @bluecrabsandsushi2

You're right, open carry is for assholes. It makes someone think twice before mugging or any other sort of assault. What's good for pigs, is good for the citizenry. Locals don't need to be scared of armed, law-abiding citizens. It's typically people who hide their guns that are threats IE criminals. Name one open-carrying criminal, if you will?

  • everyone should carry guns! Mine is bigger than yours!

  • "A gun in the hands of a free man frightens and angers the autocrat (bureaucrat/politician), not because he fears the power of the gun, but, rather, the spirit of the man who holds it."

"Gun control is the weapon of a paranoid government."

  • ANother tool out looking for his 15 minutes of fame. Get a life tool!!!

  • This guy is clearly trolling IRL, but for a good cause.

Those fucking pigs need to learn the law.

  • great example of how to assert your rights. you are to be commended.

  • Why cause undue social stress? Carry concealed and be considerate.

  • @d3pHc0n People stressed by law abiding citizens openly carrying are fucking stupid. Criminals DO NOT open carry. They conceal!! FACT! Criminals DO NOT want you to see they have a weapon until they've stuck it in your face.

  • @d3pHc0n

Yeah, I suppose pigs should conceal carry, too? I mean, that's awful rude of them to let criminals know they are armed, right? Ever wonder why it is they open-carry?

  • if police and public were more educated on the law and oc it wouldnt seem so unatural to do so

  • i support people having protection but also dont act like your in middle school telling off a principal.show that you are not doing anything wrong with respect i agree it was bad that the police officer was swearing but when there's been cases were people go on rampages and kill innocent people you have to admit that he also had the right to be worried if your just walking without n i.d. n carrying a gun make it look like your looking for trouble with someone

  • I can definitely understand not wanting to give personal information and stuff, but I am perplexed. It isn't gonna look GOOD to carry a gun without any form of license of identification, and it looks worse to be walking around with a firearm. It would cause you much less hassle to cooperate I bet, but you never know. I am a firearms supporter, keep on carrying.

  • The film creator was looking for trouble.

  • This douchebag is looking for trouble.

"I don't gotta show you ID or tell you my name i done nothing wrong" blah blah.

He looks like a piece of shit, who wouldn't be worried about him walking around with a gun on his hip around kids, etc?

Asshole belongs in jail just for being an asshole.

  • @Blahblobify that pig belongs in jail and so do you

  • @Blahblobify Actually he's not breaking any law. The police had to back off. You're the asshole. Trying to convince us we have no rights and that police are god. FORGET YOU.

  • @Blahblobify Shut up you stupid hippie. Go drown your children so we don't have to deal with their bullshit later on.

  • @hangfire0352

    Hardly a hippie, kid.

This guy is being a jerk.

I carry concealed, going around in public with a gun on your hip is asinine. Nobody wants to see some strange guy walking up to them with an exposed firearm.

    Later asshole.

  • @Blahblobify Yah, you're a filthy hippie. And it isn't considered conceal carry because no one can see your tiny dick.

  • You were wearing a fucking kilt? Are you kidding?

  • Is it true you don't need a license to carry a firearm in NH as long as it's carried in the open? What about a shotgun or a rifle? I guess swat would be responding in that case. Anyway, found it unsurprising that this cop went off on you like that. I'd file a complaint against him with the chief. This cop would probably have tazed or pepper sprayed you if he didn't see the camera.

  • FUCK THE PIGS!

THEY WILL TRY TO FUCK YOU!!

These Little Dicked Ego Maniacs (Most NOT! Some or a Few!! MOST!! are!) entire lives, their ability to get a raise and / or promotion.. is decided on how many people they can arrest. Not how many needed to be arrested.. but Production! Pays for Police! Be aware that you are nothing more than a Potential pay raise to them.

The Constitution they swore to uphold.. is the LAST thing on their Little Minds!

Protect Yourself from the biggest threat!

  • This is too funny.

Are you claiming that New Hampshire is a real place?

If it was real I could find it on a map.

    Oh.

    Wait!

    Never mind.

  • Ok I'm confused so someone help me out here. Why not show ID or (if you have none) not give your name? I would klike to see one video where the person says to the LEO hi yes i have ID or my name is. And see how it goes from there. I live in CT and the law is conceal carry or open carry but you need a permit and (i believe. sorry got to look it up) that you must show it if asked.

Yet the cops in some places in CT will try to arrest you no matter what (assholes).

  • Open carry, conceal carry...we appear to have somewhat of a conundrum here. I am conceal carry. I love being able to do so as well. Provocateurs like you are going to be the ones who have our 2nd amendment rights taken away completely. You come across as a nut. If you were around me I would want to know who you are too and I would defiantly have my LOADED conceal carry at the ready for you "just in case" if you headed my direction.

  • Stop being such a dick dude. Get a life and stop trying to provoke people like a moron

  • Crazy place, America.

  • here's what i dont get... guns are regulated right? i mean rapists murderers and thieves cant own one... And there must be some type of organization or department that enforces things...hmmm?? oh yeah the COPS YOU FUCKEN MORON TREE HUGGING POT SMOKING HIPPIES!!! what the fuck do you expect?? and since it is a deadly motherfucken weapon yes they can legally ascertain whether you can legally own it.. fucktards.

  • wull see, so wull see

  • These ppl are heroes ... a true hero is one that fights against oppression and denial of rights. Citizen are NOT slaves of police. Police serve us NOT control the populous.

  • I like how he turns around at the stop sign, if I seen someone open carrying walking back in fourth in front of My store I would call the police. Also what kind of person does not carry there ID with them? The police are supposed to be on are side so why are you Harassing them? Also they are watching Him because if he uses that weapon in a crime after someone reported it they could get sued big time,You don't need ID to drive hop in and go you wuss.

  • I'm all for everyone's right to carry,I carry concealed but this guy looks like he is looking for trouble. I mean come on he's just looking to make a quick buck from the police I understand he is not breaking any laws but what kinda person Does this? Why not just carry concealed,Open carry is not safe you want to have the element of surprise on your side,If you open carry your just looking for trouble,If I open carried in my City I would have thugs trying to Rob me on every block.

  • @ninvin21

If that's how you feel then you might as well be against open carry all together. Having rights but not being able to use them is the same as having no rights at all.

  • I was accosted in WalMart in Tennessee by a police officer because my handgun was visible. My shirt had pulled up over the gun when I exited my car. He threatened to arrest me for violating my "concealed carry" permit. There is no such thing in Tennessee. My permit is a "handgun carry" permit. The officer was ignorant of the law. I was polite but firm, and he got belligerent. just like these assholes. He eventually let me go when a fellow officer told him he was wrong about the law.

  • This was basically what happened to me on Saturday, the 25th. Sad to see that because one person freaks out, you get in trouble. You're lucky the officer didn't confiscate your weapon, they did it to me.

  • This videos is awesome this dude told those pigs off and they couldnt do shit more americans need to do this.

  • exercise your rights or lose them pussies. Stop being sheep.

  • Hey man, at least they let you go. Still, though, the fact that they followed you is complete and utter baloney. They could've been out - I dunno - actually doing their jobs? Honestly, the fact that they even stopped you was baloney. But good job keeping your cool. Thanks for uploading!

  • @DrummingBonham

I don't see how asking questions of a "suspicious" person is 'unlawful'.

  • @RetSquid Are you agreeing with me or what? Thats what I just said... the video says the cop makes an unlawful terry stop... then I comment that a terry stop can not be unlawful. But i will remove that comment because its confusing..

  • @DrummingBonham

Actually I was agreeing with you, the Police have a responsibility to act on their reasonable suspicions.

  • Retsquid is either a very sick individual or an agent provocateur he's trolling at this subject and has no Idea about patriotism but he loves all the other ism's!!!!

  • First off, I carry a gun. Second, you are an idiot. just because you have the right doesn't mean you have to be a protagonist moron about it. Deliberately trying to provoke a negative response from the public and law enforcement is an asinine and counter productive way to try and make people more friendly towards open carry. In a society where something like open carry is already such a hot issue, we need to be making all the friends we can. You are only helping anti-gun activists.

  • LOL you owned them!

  • Cop: Where are you coming from?

Answer: That way (point behind you)

    Cop: Where you going?

Answer: This way. (Point in front of you)

    LOL

  • cant wait for this open carry to take off it will be like the old west with armed hold ups turning into shootouts bullets flying everywere. remember fat people make good human shields but if your on the move gab a kid thay are much lighter

  • You did a good job teaching them about open carry but you do not need a DRIVERS LICENSE.You see a Driver is someone Employed to drive you are not going to drive you would be merely travelling.Your car is not a vehicle ,Vehicle's are classified as commercial motorcars any passengers are not Passengers but simply travelling with you as a passenger is a paying client e.g. taxi passengers. All this is your common law right.Statutes only apply to commercial ventures not the common man look it up.

  • @2wheels88

You need a license to operate a motor vehicle, go look up the law. Statutes are laws, which apply to everyone, look THAT up.

  • @RetSquid No you're wrong Statutes are laws for commercial entities they only have power over you with your consent why don't you look up what a statute is? it will tell you it is a law with the consent of the governed so if you do not consent then you do not contract with that commercial entity.Your councils are corporations your police are corporations they need your consent to tax you.Businesses can not contract with human beings without consent you need to study common law not maritimecomlaw

  • @2wheels88

Sorry, you need to stop listening to Jordy Maxwell and get educated. Act, when passed by Congress and signed by the President become LAWS and are posted in the STATUTES at Large. The only 'consent' needed is that you continue to live in any of these 50 States.

Statute: a law enacted by the legislative branch of a government.

Do YOU know what "Common Law" is?

  • @RetSquid I think you left something out -Statute:a law enacted by the legislative branch of a government enforced with the CONSENT of the governed!!! Big difference. So I am just trying to help u and you continue to read legislation so u obviously like being a slave to it paying for you Drivers license your Registration/tax and your council taxes when u don't need to so that's ok not everyone is meant to be free of it.I bid you farewell and good tidings you are obviously rich enough to pay.

  • @2wheels88

Nope, your definition is wrong, no consent is required, if it was, no criminal would consent to being punished for his crimes.

Obviously you don't know what Common Law is or you would have answered.
