Got mine the one week ago, after 10 hours of of talking with ATS(advanced tech support), reprovisioning, attemptiong to reset it, it was determined that mine was DOA(everthing worked fine but phone as modem was broke forever). My PAM plan was all squared away and everything, they broke out all kinds of diagnostic utilities and couldent find a problem. I like the phone, I get a new one tomorrow.
