As for the technology, it's common knowledge that America's *Cutting edge* military technology is leaps and bounds ahead of any other country's. When you spend *That* much more money, you get what you pay for.

If you further divide this out, and take into account that China has an army twice the size of America's, You'll really notice who's spending the big bucks on development of technology. Regarding communism; Free enterprise wins every time, communism is more of a handicap than anything.

Get focused, don't waste your time thinking about China military power. Microwave weapons even up the odds real quick and we have them, makes missiles and airplanes obsolete. Their display of power would be impressive in the 1980's but microwave weapons can wipe all that out. Focus on getting to heaven.
