Listen again and read the Bible so you can clearly understand what Pastor Doug is saying. The prophecy was about JOHN THE BAPTIST coming in the spirit and power of Elijah....not Elijah coming back literally. It's important that you don't just listen to the first minute but the whole series. God bless.
I personally do not believe that Elijah will be returning personally again until the Lord Jesus Christ comes back. Except maybe in some behind the scenes fashion. Of course this is my opinion and not revelation from the Lord, which, when put like that, pretty much means nothing.
