my dad who is an elder of the JW when my grandmother died who was a devout Catholic, he went to extremes preaching his word - insulting her own death at her own funeral knowing quit well that she never believe in what he did - instead of remember love between son and mother- he went out to preach something she did not believe. My dad is forbidden to talk at my funeral if I pass before him , this is something my family knows..

I have first hand experience with the Hate filled JW's, At my only sister's wedding a group of JW's associated with my sister's mother inlaw disrupted and ruined what should have been a great day for my sister. In my opinion it was the person delivering the eulogy that was disruptive. Why would he call out this woman's religion int the middle of a funeral. If he had said something like that about my religion, I would have done the same thing. No actually I probably would have confronted him.

He was likely going to get into trouble anyways, and as the woman mentioned disfellowshipped aka excommunicated, for speaking in a house of worship that wasn't their own. He wasn't just calling her out, he was calling himself out, too. Very brave move. As you can see, most of his family and community supported him. I'm sure he was shunned after this by his mother and former congregation of friends.

i went to a jahovah witness funeral my friend mother died i looked into it and i found out that they have a rule, like the funeral only last for about 30 mins and only the pastor can get up and speak or a family member they have to dress a certain way they dnt allow a person to cry out loud u know how some people get emtional esp black people u know when we loose somebody we love we just cant hold the tears back but over all i jus think there funeral rules is crazy

my dad who is an elder of the JW when my grandmother died who was a devout Catholic, he went to extremes preaching his word - insulting her own death at her own funeral knowing quit well that she never believe in what he did - instead of remember love between son and mother- he went out to preach something she did not believe. My dad is forbidden to talk at my funeral if I pass before him , this is something my family knows..

In my opinion it was the person delivering the eulogy that was disruptive. Why would he call out this woman's religion int the middle of a funeral. If he had said something like that about my religion, I would have done the same thing. No actually I probably would have confronted him.

@Front24237 He likely mentioned it because they weren't "supposed" to be there in the first place. He was likely going to get into trouble anyways, and as the woman mentioned disfellowshipped aka excommunicated, for speaking in a house of worship that wasn't their own. He wasn't just calling her out, he was calling himself out, too. Very brave move. As you can see, most of his family and community supported him. I'm sure he was shunned after this by his mother and former congregation of friends.

Why is he talking about the kingdom hall? He should have stayed focused on the woman who passed......that was uncalled for, and putting the witness woman on the spot. How would you feel at a funeral, if it was all JWs and they called U out......calling your place of worship NOTHING!!! I feel sad for her and her loss.

i went to a jahovah witness funeral my friend mother died i looked into it and i found out that they have a rule, like the funeral only last for about 30 mins and only the pastor can get up and speak or a family member they have to dress a certain way they dnt allow a person to cry out loud u know how some people get emtional esp black people u know when we loose somebody we love we just cant hold the tears back but over all i jus think there funeral rules is crazy

I believe that Saul's own words labelled him a liar, solely for the convenience of the Roman's, i.e., the Roman Catholics. Anything that comes from Rome, Saul (Paul), or catholicism is heresy against Yeshua. So I don't believe in your divine interpretation of Jesus, but I do follow the teachings of Yeshua.

Any christianity practiced today based is based on the Roman Catholic ritualized pagan system. The reformationists sought to get back to the origins of christianity, but that has been lost to mankind.

@toounfazed I researched Pauline theology. Its all crap: Pauline Christianity represents an outright attack on the Bible as the Word of God. Adherents of the Pauline theology is truly misrepresenting Jesus teachings. They believe His words on love but deny His teachings on judgment (i.e. Matt 24). They insist on a human Jesus, denying His divinity, although Jesus plainly taught he is equal with God (John 10:30). They want a loving Jesus without having to accept Him as Lord and Savior.

My provider is Jesus Christ and he serves me because in the gospels Jesus came TO SERVE- not to BE SERVED. Since my sins are paid for why don't we go and do as we please? If you read: 2 Cor 5:17... if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away... and Ephesians 2:8. For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith, it is the gift of God. Complete biblical harmony!

oh, and by the way, I did my homework: I just found out that JW's wear wedding rings, use flowers at weddings and the bride wears a vail... THESE ARE PAGAN (Roman) and yet, they practice them during marrige... it should be all or none. Blitz, Jesus Christ. How many different ways can I say it? I gave you specific examples before in my previoius email. Then you said you wanted religions not afiliated to the "bible God". So I gave you a whole list above. I read it. It's all there. I'm not trying to write a book. If you research ANY of the religions I mentioned above you'll find exaclty what you're looking for. I did some diging and it's a bullseye- but I'm not goign to do your homework for you. Pick one and do it yourself.

Blitz, Jesus Christ, have a point! What do you want from me? I gave you the info, not good enough, I give more details more specifically, not good enogh. I chose "buddisim" because I thought it was simple enough-good thing I didn't choose Taoism or the Wiccas! That would of been a desaster. and for the 9th time: I never said my religion was better because I DON"T HAVE A RELIGION! I have a relationship wiht Jesus.
