Guns made out of this are called Heavy Weight airsoft guns (do not confuse with some chinese propoganda stating that their guns are simply heavy). I guess the advantage of this is easier production while maintaning the weight of metal, theoretically making guns cheaper. A benefit to the person using the gun may be increased resistance to rust, along with a relatively light but durable slide which might allow more kick on 134a.
No replica can be 100% metal? So what about Systema guns and the new sewing machines with "blowback" by Marui? Last time i check they got metal bodies :) The Japanese law about metal on airsoft guns is more detailed than that, don't talk you don't know anything about it sorry.
BTW WA guns are the top notch of GBB's quality, just buy one use with 134a and it will last for years. Want to use green gas? Just upgrade it and it will last for a long time.
