@pelida77: I think you're mistaking this cartoon with "Mr. Mouse Takes a Trip", which came out the following year. A brief film clip exists of Disney running through his lines as Mickey for that cartoon along with veteran voice-actor Billy Bletcher, who did the voice of Peg-Leg Pete.

It was quite a shock to find out that Mickeys voice was always done by Walt himself. For this cartoon they made a film of him recording the lines, but it was lost :-(

I actually read somewhere that the animators were having difficulty on animating some of Mickey's characteristics during that scene with Mickey and the bear so they taped walt while he was doing the dialogue. Unfortunately, that tape no longer exists...

This was the first appearance of Mickey Mouse's "Fantasia eyes" (named so because this Mickey design was initially prepared for his "Sorcerer's Apprentice" appearance that was well in production by this time, but I guess the design leaked out into the short subject department)

Contrary to popular belief, this was not the first cartoon for Mickey to gain eyes like we humans do. "Mickey's Surprise Party" (1939) and "The Hollywood Party" (1934) (while doing an impression of Jimmy Durnate) both holds that honor.
