I had a dream about sleep paralysis once. I escaped it, but when I was climbing off my bed, i fell off and a younger version of me laughed, and I walked to the bathroom, still hearing sounds, and leaned against the door, moaning for it to stop, then I woke up, and had sleep paralysis, and after that, I stayed up the rest of the night.
man i get this so much, the sounds are horrible. mine is that continuous high pitched shrill you had at one point. so so scary, mixed with seeing shadows in my room. the worst thing is when it happens once in a night i know it will happen at least another 5 times
I had this so much that i rarely have the terror side of it, i feel that i cant move, i dont hallucinate, maybe because i had it so much. i just force my way out of it with ease. Anyway, the 1st couple of times you have it is the scariest, you will hallucinate bad.
FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUCKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKK LMAOOOOO i skipped to 0:43 with high volume and headphones im scared
this is quite strange coz wen im getin them sumtime thts a smiliar kinda sound i hear apart frm the end of the clip i offten hear it jst as im slipping into a sleep nd thats wen i kno im goin 2 have one b4 it happens so i try 2 fight 2 stay awake bt it seems to make it wrse i hear really loud high pitched screamin as well its not good :(
is this a regular occurence? I experienced one event when i had control over my thoughts in a sleep state. I projected my energies over the earth, in the clouds and when i tried to project them in mars my energies went crazy around this room when my brother was sleeping there (he doesnt even live with me) I then thought id actually woken up but i was still in sleep state.
This has only happened to me once. I honestly thought i managed to astrally project myself
NOTICE: that there is strange music in the backround to get you into the mood of OOOO! SCARY!!! ITS REAL!!!! well, it is real, but there isn't devils and spirits, its a DISORDER
@forevermkd I've had this since i was about 8. it was never scary back then, sounds stupid but back then i just 'assumed' that there was an alien spaceship outside my window and i kinda just left it at that. only happens when i sleep on my stomach. never thought much about it until one night it just suddenly turned scary, the worst & most frightening thing i ever experienced. I THOUGHT I WAS GOING TO DIE! it got scary when i moved. i was scared to sleep in my room at my apartment for awhile
@forevermkd when it got scary it started as a nightmare but an abnormally sinister one. it came with the metallic sound that I always hear with it and i woke up on my stomach yelling at the top of my lungs, or so i thought. i could only move my eyes, i had a heavy 'pressure' inside my head...and I could FEEL someone in the room with me. I knew they were there and i knew they wanted to hurt me. i tried to move but couldnt. i shut my eyes to not see what was in the rooom and my eyelids were clear.
A bit overly dramatic I think... I don't think a lot of people flot through their house during sleep paralysis. I mean, they're paralysed, and feel as if they can't move. This person seemed more like he was dancing through the house at night on an acid trip.
it can be induced just lay down prefferable on your back and relax your mind body and soul, your gonna feel as if your falling. just faaaaall, creepy but fuckn hoooot!!
great vid Viper!! I had this in my favorites for several months and forgot to leave a comment about it..
Very similar to the experiences I have, and I have had SP since I was at least 2 or 3 years old. Many of the episodes do include OBE experiences, and I have so many stories of these experiences I could probably fill and entire encyclopedia.
Thx so much for posting this, and I hope that you will post more of these experiences for us to see. Peace, Larre..
one of the best vids i seen on sleep paralysis, its pretty crazy when it happens it feels like for ever, and i got caught in what felt like hell for eternity a few times during sleep paralysis,But nice video
i just had a episode of sp and what was weird that i could sense the presence on the other side of the bed ,it couldnt reach me but then i heard a whizzing noise then started to touch me...
For those experiencing this, I found that if I play music when I'm going to sleep, it helps to snap you back. Sometimes you don't have it at all. The kind of music should be something that relaxes you; not necessarily relaxing music, just something you're comfortable listening to. If you loop the same song, it actually helps more. Don't have it too loud or too low. I don't know how this will help anyone else, but I've found it to be helpful for myself and others. (^_^)
my friend has just recently started experiencing it he has experienced it 3 times but 2 of the times were on the same night! the lucky thing for him though is he cant remember anything in the morning!
For me sleep paralysis is the staging ground for astral travel. Fear will consume these experiences if you let it. Knowing that no harm can possibly come to you can make all the difference. The difference to me between a fear based SP episode and a confident and happy one, is extreme. People fear thier physical mortality in these moments, forgetting that, for the duration, they are dealing with that which is not physical.
EVERYONE experiences sleep paralyisis when they dream each night. Its the bodys way of preventing you from physically acting out your dreams. Some people however can wake up whilst still in sleep paralysis.
If you suffer fro hallucinagenic SP, just laugh at the things you are seeing no matter how scared you are of them. Laugh in their faces and tell them that they have no power over you, then use the SP as gateway for a lucid dream or obe
Yo tengo SP bastante seguido, y el poder tomar control de la paralisis depende del estado sueño en que te encuentres.

@FRIENDLYMEXICANBOY thats hard too do, sometimes it's not easy to distinguish that what your seeing isn't real I've been completely terrified many times and It only gets interrupted when I notice an object thats out of place and it snaps me back into reality it's kind of fucked.. It usually happens a few times a week.
i have actually encountered these feelings..i am native american and even in our culture these actions are bad.. it is said that the dead, evil, masaw (keeper of the land and dead) is passing through or thrying to communicate with you. it is a scary feeling
It happened to me several times. I swear its like your whole body was glued. But I never seen something like the beast thingy or anything else when I woke up.
I've had sleep paralysis 3 times now. The first time was the scariest. sleeping on my couch and woke up all of a sudden.."kinda" I looked around my room, my tv was on, then I noticed there was a strange sound going on. all of a sudden I realized that i couldn't move my body.. I could just move my eyes..when i realized this It scared the shit out of me. Something happened next I will never forget. I tried my best to look next to the right of my face where noise was coming from..and I saw a beast
i know how you feel as that happened to me and i saw a beast too, when i tried to scream i couldnt out loud but could in my head (sounds weird though) then i heard the clear voice of a deceased relative screaming at me to move and i forced myself to move though it was hard, very hard to do so! I felt like i was restrained and pinned down as i couldnt move but wasnt physically restrained, it was scary and weird
retard go read something i belive you dont know a shit about some things i will explain it like in to a retard and next time dont post shit. there are 2 kindes of paralysis the one you are talking about is full you can't move nothing from your body exept you face and breading
i have sleep paralysis, but only experieced this once, its sort of sleep paralysis..it starts with it and then sort of turns into an obe...i would say this is like 30-40% accurate of what i experienced that one time..which is really close!
i had a sleep para a week ago and i heard those same buzzing sound, and i felt the hostile presence of someone in my back (i was starting at the wall, and couldn't move)
it feels so terrifiying, and at same time i was in semi-conscience that i knew that it was just an halucination, but the fear is greater.
The sounds I hear are always organic in nature, never machine-like or synthetic. Wind blowing through trees, people murmuring, odd laughter, etc. Only once did I hear something inorganic: a phantom phone ringing off the hook, a month or so back. Anyone else experience it the same way?
I hate not being able to move and seeing those figures, and you try to scream, but the only sound i can only manage is a low moan erupting from my chest, but I'm starting to think that is in my head too, because my parents said they never heard me. it's such an uneasy feeling. I hate it.
@erojoy Dont run from fear. There is a way to take your mind back.. Its called the blackscreen. when you manifest this screen, it erases all. At this point, you choose where your mind goes. Master meditators use this screen... Its no joke. Some, including myself believe this to be the Akashic. If you oppress it, you give in. If you face it, you awaken.
@erojoy Ya I hate that also. I woke up last night paralyzed for like 15 seconds.. and when I finally was able to move again, I ran the fuck out of my room screaming my head off horrified. I didn't know what the fuck it was until I learned that it has to do with your brain still thinking you are asleep even when your eyes are open. Fuck I thought it was like a evil spirit or some shit at first I was fucking terrified.
@gearsofwar2318 It is an evil spirit actually - it's a load of bullshit this sleep-runon explanation. The guy who came up with that explanation Dr. Cheyne is the first to admit it as such - PhD goobledy-gook as he called it. It's not brain chemistry - it's the dna Hyperdimension which has one foot in 'brain chemistry' anyhow .. but it's externally manifest for the most part.
@PigsCanFly99 Evil spirit my ass dude, if it was an evil spirit I'm sure I'd be mentally messed up right now man, I'd at least be seeing a doctor or something. It definetaly wasn't an evil spirit but it did in fact scare the shit out of me because it lasted so long, or at least it seemed like it did. Not only that but it was like the first time that sleep paralysis had happened to me, so I was basically unaware of what the hell it was and was like...uh....what the fuck is happening to me? lol.
@PigsCanFly99 Well I have researched and found that it is harmless by many doctors and if it weren't harmless millions of people would be dead because of sleep paralysis it is not connected to sleep paralysis, however sleep paralysis is connected to obe and could make you experience that
I have sleep paralysis & I always feel the sensation of someone sitting on my stomach trying to suffocate me & many many times I've seen a dark figure at the end of my bed, and everything sounds weird. best way I can explain it, is the sound of an industrial fan on full speed blowing next to your ear....it's very scary & demonic though so I have sympathy for those who have it too!!!
Last night I had my first hallucinatary sleep paralysis last night. I had had the typical one before when I don't feel any presents but when I had it last night I thought I was going to die!
And heres proor it isn't all a dream, after I had it my arms were able to move but totally numb!
and my head made an electric sound so i thought i had epilepsy becouse of all the movements and dificult to breath and my mouth moving in a inusual way
If you were on your back, it could be that your ulnar nerves (funny bone) were compressed. That happens to me: my wrists and three fingers are always numb on both sides. I consulted a neurology textbook, and I concluded that I must've been sleeping with pressure on my ulnar nerves.
i sleep with the light on andver see a lady or the death but the devil talking or whispering so i thouth it was a faith problem and avoid it but actually everybody have it
i have this all the time.... at first i was like wtf.... lately ive been hearing strong buzzign sounds... but now ive learned to make it sort of a relaxing adventure
Also this Black Shadow Hovering over and the darkness is Covering me It last for at least 15 minutes each Night and i have learned to Mentally Control Instead of phsically Do not have fear Because thats the one thing in your mind that you could never Control Unless You Choose to In the deepest Mind state of your energy Against This Force.
why the fuck does everyone see the same shit? so many people have seen that floating old bitch that scares the shit out of me. not to mention that little fucker that they call the old hag.
Because all you see are black silhouettes of human like figures. They seem evil because they shouldn't be there, so you start to fear for your life and classify them as "evil". It's happened to me. The figures didn't do anything, they just roamed around my apartment till I snapped out of it.
in mine i dont hear these noises. I hear my door opening and closing and footsteps as of someone is walking through my house and I feel things touch my feet.
the 2nd one was more a dream. i was in my house with my mom and the house started shaking. we fell to the floor and thats where the paralysis took place. the house began to lift from the earth and head towards the sky. thats when the loud vibrating noise happened. all of a sudden the house stopped going up and just floated. i got up and looked out the windows. all i saw was red sky. no clouds, no earth, or sun. just red. my mother was no longer there either. i thought it was the end of the world
i awoke to "the old hag" i guess. it was a lady foating in the air. i couldnt make a face or skin tone. she was completely black. like a shadow. her hair was frilled out. as she floated toward me she was screaming something. her voice sounded like the person who had got throat cancer and talked through one of those electronic devices. i was completely paralyzed and then it was over. the second time was different but weirder.
Some call these "old hags" guardians. They say they come to frighten you from entering the stage where you disconnect from personal boarders and enter the journey to the realms. I am not positive this to be true. My take on it is these very "evil" beings are part independent agents and (true beings) and part projection of your fear from the unknown which the realms represent. Going into the realms is a true ego death, and your egoic mind throws these entities out as a prevention.
so are they good or evil? and whats the journey realm? also what do you mean by true ego death. i gotta think that if theyre more people seeing the same or similar there has to be something more to this
I do not think evil is what they are. I have had this experiences with these entities in the room on many occasions At one point I had decided to force myself into being more calm so I could amylase the feeling closer What I have come to understand is no, it is not evil being experienced, but deep seeded fear. Journeying through the realms is experiencing other realties on a full sensory emersion Ego death is when all the things which make you you are gone and your consciousness just remains
well, I have it, and it is an entity that tries to discourage me from continuing on. Tries to scare me into making it stop faster. They never do anything but I feel like they're evil and trying to guide me into a dimension I'm not welcome to. It's very odd feeling. And scary. But so far, I come out of it before I have an O.B.E.
i can relate to this video, it happened to me last night, this intense buzzing sound like in this video. everything was rushing, i couldnt figure out was is real and what is not. it was very scary. i see everything with my eyes closed and i get vibrations all over. it gets too much
The vibrations you speak of is either 2 things or both. It is the inactive part of ones DNA coming to life, and or the vibrations of the energy body shifting into a frequency which allows the transition of entering the realms at large with ease. Like at the end of the video showing the clouds: the first contact of transporting into the realms. Often at first there is a lot of personal "junk". Then trans-personal experiences begin to occur. Somewhere in the midst of this it all becomes real.
Junk as in physiological crap. You can experience all kinds of things while in this stage, most of them related to your normal life, but it's usually all distorted in some manner. And then the stage of transpersonal - realms. At this point all the crap is gone, or swept off stage and you experience places, and beings which have absolutely nothing to do with any personal physiological clutter. These beings and places will be experienced with full sensory emersion.
i can tell by the video you actually have experienced sp too, cause some one else tried to make a video i forget what it was called but it was the only video in hd
Hi from Santiago, Chile. I´ve been living thru this experiencies for some years ago. I have them from time to time. I hear sounds like the ones in this vid, and I seem to "fly" out of my body but I can´t touch anything I want to (Last I tried to turn up the light unsuccessfully) I see myself and my room thru my eyes closed. I remember when I heard my father going to the bath (during my parilysis) and when I wake up I noticed that this was true. I was in weird cities, too. Imagination?
i can relate to this. BUT my good old father said "whats the name of the drugs your taking, it looks like your having a goo dtrip there" obviously the words of a sane man.
My red LED clock read 3:33 (am) when I had my horror of horrors. I didn't have a clue what was happening - I looked at my bedside clock and noticed an 'evil countenance' to it - the clock! Very very evil - somehow the partitioning of time is evil as evil gets. Information and time; are the currency of the paranormal. Needless to say - I haven't slept with an LED clock next to me since - it's been 30 years almost to the day. 31 to be exact. Sept. 1977.
I, too, have had sleep paralysis but left my body before sleep after the great rushing of sound and the terror associated with it. I learned to relax and will spirit to move out of my body with the mind only as the body can not move. These OBE's are wonderful and euphoric flying and doing as I wish without limitations. If one overcomes the fear of the initial onslaught, relaxes, let's their true being, their spirit, be moved only with the mind, you will surely view the world anew.
the imagery of getting up and having a hard time controlling reminds me of getting into a wake induced lucid dream, except without the creepy imagery or sounds, that usually comes before I get into the dream.
Well, that clock could cause lots of stuff!! I can't watch your vids, they scare me totally!! I get into the first minute or so, then have to stop it. Maybe you need an exorcism.
Very well portraited man! I never had the out of body experience so I don't know if it looks like that but the sleep paralysis en the sounds that come with it are very realistic!

I hate not being able to move and seeing those figures, and you try to scream, but the only sound i can only manage is a low moan erupting from my chest, but I'm starting to think that is in my head too, because my parents said they never heard me. it's such an uneasy feeling. I hate it.
erojoy 2 years ago 15
Hi erojoy, this is almost exactly word for word how I would describe it too.
Have you found anything to help restrict sleep paralysis as its mighty scary!!!
I try to ride it through but after a while it gets too much and i have to try and wake mself up. :)

LendMeYourHand 1 year ago
@erojoy
this have happened to me also. Not just one time.
I always realize that I am dreaming but it is very difficult to find a way to awake yourself when you are in this condition.
It is always scary but you get use to it! Usually it happens when you are stressed, or very tired.
palex29 1 year ago
@erojoy Ya I hate that also. I woke up last night paralyzed for like 15 seconds.. and when I finally was able to move again, I ran the fuck out of my room screaming my head off horrified. I didn't know what the fuck it was until I learned that it has to do with your brain still thinking you are asleep even when your eyes are open. Fuck I thought it was like a evil spirit or some shit at first I was fucking terrified.
gearsofwar2318 1 year ago
@gearsofwar2318 It is an evil spirit actually - it's a load of bullshit this sleep-runon explanation. The guy who came up with that explanation Dr. Cheyne is the first to admit it as such - PhD goobledy-gook as he called it. It's not brain chemistry - it's the dna Hyperdimension which has one foot in 'brain chemistry' anyhow .. but it's externally manifest for the most part.
PigsCanFly99 1 year ago
@PigsCanFly99 Evil spirit my ass dude, if it was an evil spirit I'm sure I'd be mentally messed up right now man, I'd at least be seeing a doctor or something. It definetaly wasn't an evil spirit but it did in fact scare the shit out of me because it lasted so long, or at least it seemed like it did. Not only that but it was like the first time that sleep paralysis had happened to me, so I was basically unaware of what the hell it was and was like...uh....what the fuck is happening to me? lol.
gearsofwar2318 1 year ago
@erojoy It is in your head. Don't be scared its harmless.
TITANICLUSITANIA 1 year ago
@TITANICLUSITANIA don't be so sure it's harmless - there is a conspiracy of confusion surrounding this phenomenon .. research Hmong +sunds
PigsCanFly99 1 year ago
@PigsCanFly99 Well I have researched and found that it is harmless by many doctors and if it weren't harmless millions of people would be dead because of sleep paralysis it is not connected to sleep paralysis, however sleep paralysis is connected to obe and could make you experience that

I have sleep paralysis & I always feel the sensation of someone sitting on my stomach trying to suffocate me & many many times I've seen a dark figure at the end of my bed, and everything sounds weird. best way I can explain it, is the sound of an industrial fan on full speed blowing next to your ear....it's very scary & demonic though so I have sympathy for those who have it too!!!

i felt that my hands were unable to move when i wake up i had a sensation that that was real and my hands had been under presion
entusiastic 2 years ago
If you were on your back, it could be that your ulnar nerves (funny bone) were compressed. That happens to me: my wrists and three fingers are always numb on both sides. I consulted a neurology textbook, and I concluded that I must've been sleeping with pressure on my ulnar nerves.

I have been having Paralysis for about 2 years
And i have had this Old women Come over and
actually touch sexually and i feel it
Also this Black Shadow Hovering over and the darkness is Covering me It last for at least 15 minutes each Night and i have learned to Mentally Control Instead of phsically Do not have fear Because thats the one thing in your mind that you could never Control Unless You Choose to In the deepest Mind state of your energy Against This Force.

i reject the scientific theory.
why the fuck does everyone see the same shit? so many people have seen that floating old bitch that scares the shit out of me. not to mention that little fucker that they call the old hag.
123bamtobam 2 years ago
its because you panic or get scared when in that state... causing you to see and feel evil. same way you get nightmares.. you dont mean to
hbkskater444 2 years ago
He's trying to say that it's not scientific but rather spiritual. If it's scientific...why does EVERYONE see the same presence...
maemae1979 2 years ago
Because all you see are black silhouettes of human like figures. They seem evil because they shouldn't be there, so you start to fear for your life and classify them as "evil". It's happened to me. The figures didn't do anything, they just roamed around my apartment till I snapped out of it.

in mine i dont hear these noises. I hear my door opening and closing and footsteps as of someone is walking through my house and I feel things touch my feet.
1OneTruth1OneWay 2 years ago
the 2nd one was more a dream. i was in my house with my mom and the house started shaking. we fell to the floor and thats where the paralysis took place. the house began to lift from the earth and head towards the sky. thats when the loud vibrating noise happened. all of a sudden the house stopped going up and just floated. i got up and looked out the windows. all i saw was red sky. no clouds, no earth, or sun. just red. my mother was no longer there either. i thought it was the end of the world
23usmc23 2 years ago
i awoke to "the old hag" i guess. it was a lady foating in the air. i couldnt make a face or skin tone. she was completely black. like a shadow. her hair was frilled out. as she floated toward me she was screaming something. her voice sounded like the person who had got throat cancer and talked through one of those electronic devices. i was completely paralyzed and then it was over. the second time was different but weirder.
23usmc23 2 years ago
Some call these "old hags" guardians. They say they come to frighten you from entering the stage where you disconnect from personal boarders and enter the journey to the realms. I am not positive this to be true. My take on it is these very "evil" beings are part independent agents and (true beings) and part projection of your fear from the unknown which the realms represent. Going into the realms is a true ego death, and your egoic mind throws these entities out as a prevention.
creationofself 2 years ago
so are they good or evil? and whats the journey realm? also what do you mean by true ego death. i gotta think that if theyre more people seeing the same or similar there has to be something more to this
23usmc23 2 years ago
I do not think evil is what they are. I have had this experiences with these entities in the room on many occasions At one point I had decided to force myself into being more calm so I could amylase the feeling closer What I have come to understand is no, it is not evil being experienced, but deep seeded fear. Journeying through the realms is experiencing other realties on a full sensory emersion Ego death is when all the things which make you you are gone and your consciousness just remains
creationofself 2 years ago
well, I have it, and it is an entity that tries to discourage me from continuing on. Tries to scare me into making it stop faster. They never do anything but I feel like they're evil and trying to guide me into a dimension I'm not welcome to. It's very odd feeling. And scary. But so far, I come out of it before I have an O.B.E.

i can relate to this video, it happened to me last night, this intense buzzing sound like in this video. everything was rushing, i couldnt figure out was is real and what is not. it was very scary. i see everything with my eyes closed and i get vibrations all over. it gets too much
antspark 3 years ago
The vibrations you speak of is either 2 things or both. It is the inactive part of ones DNA coming to life, and or the vibrations of the energy body shifting into a frequency which allows the transition of entering the realms at large with ease. Like at the end of the video showing the clouds: the first contact of transporting into the realms. Often at first there is a lot of personal "junk". Then trans-personal experiences begin to occur. Somewhere in the midst of this it all becomes real.
creationofself 3 years ago
so is the dreaming or reality?? what realms?? i see these videos of expierences but no explanations. what do you mean "junk"???
23usmc23 2 years ago
Junk as in physiological crap. You can experience all kinds of things while in this stage, most of them related to your normal life, but it's usually all distorted in some manner. And then the stage of transpersonal - realms. At this point all the crap is gone, or swept off stage and you experience places, and beings which have absolutely nothing to do with any personal physiological clutter. These beings and places will be experienced with full sensory emersion.
creationofself 2 years ago
wtf are you talking about

i can tell by the video you actually have experienced sp too, cause some one else tried to make a video i forget what it was called but it was the only video in hd

Sunsoflight 3 years ago
You are so stupid. You are lucid dreaming , not leaving your body.
Next time you out of your body , look closely at your surroundings. You will notice that minors things aren't there or arent at the correct spot.
Halocuber 3 years ago
the imagery of getting up and having a hard time controlling reminds me of getting into a wake induced lucid dream, except without the creepy imagery or sounds, that usually comes before I get into the dream.
