Would have been better if Sky's site hadn't completely given the twist away. ;) I personally don't mind but for others, don't read the little descriptions of the programs off the link in the info box if you don't want it spoiled.
That small matter aside, this was a pleasure to watch! I only caught the first short film with Timothy Spall when it aired, so thank heaven for YouTube... and Mr. Capaldi's acting abilities! He's great.
the complete opposite to malcolm, but played equally well

Peter can convey such complex emotions with the barest movement of his face...he's a born actor.

The first five minutes of this video depicts brilliantly what it is like (for me) living with tinnitus.
The video illustrates phantom auditory perception in a way I've never seen before. Excellent.
Well done, Tony Grisoni!

can someone please explain what was going on there i did not understand that at all. is he meant to be deaf?
GianTheMan91 2 years ago
At first he thinks he's going deaf, but later realises that what he sees and hears have somehow drifted out of sync, hence the film's title.
This film was part of a great little series, it's worth catching the rest of them. Thanks for the upload waynecarr.

...and anyone who liked this one should check out Terry Gilliam's film Brazil, which it seems to have been inspired by!
