i can't get into the portal.. when i operate the ring it says "You should find Summer before entering this portal"

TO GET RING BACK:

1. Go varrock wilderness ditch (the place you jump over to get into wild, north of varrock museum).

2. Look for a small pile of rubble east of the Unlit Beacon.

3. If you are still too blind to see, there is a huge quest sign on the map that marks the Pile of rubble.

go to the quest start, the main portal u used in the quest, search the rubble next to the portal and you'll get jennicas ring.
