I have a question about exercising.I have an imbilical hernia so ive been taking it easy so much so I have gained 25 extra pounds is there an exercise out there I can do till I get this hernia fixed. Im 5'11 150 lbs super scrawny and havnt worked out in about 3 years, everyday at work im always aching from standing and do normal day to day things.
I just did this workout and i must admit i feel better already. It was a tad bit easier than i expected but i still feel more active than i have in 3years. Thanks David!

The exercises were really great I have starting incorporating them in to my workouts. I am not able to do all of them particularly the jumping jacks because I have flat feet problems that have become worse the past few years but I was able to incorporate mostly the ab and squat exercises which are great. I was able to do other exercises to make up for the ones I can't do. Trainer David is awesome

This is why Phillip Defranco shouldn't direct these videos, he just feels the need to put hot chicks in everything. Not that it's a problem, but this is just tasteless in this situation. C'mon @DavidsFitness, this is just screwing it up.

The exercises were really great I have starting incorporating them in to my workouts. I am not able to do all of them particularly the jumping jacks because I have flat feet problems that have become worse the past few years but I was able to incorporate mostly the ab and squat exercises which are great. I was able to do other exercises to make up for the ones I can't do. Trainer David is awesome
