  • Im chuffed to bits Alan Pollock isnt being charged, sends a message to scumbags that you CAN be sorted if needed.

  • meanwilhle in the toilet...

  • ticket inspector - reinstated no further action. Big Man - no prosecution, well they know that no jury would convict this public spirited citizen. The snivelling yob Sam Main - taught some manners, let's hope this scrote will conduct himself with some decorum in the future. His vile behaviour will not be tolerated by decent people. Three hearty cheers for the Big Man!

  • @FCWatford1

Charges against Sam Main, were also dropped

  • thanks for the subtitles !

  • whats really funny is the big man takes the little punk´s seat! That was all he wanted...he was just waiting for his chance!

  • He paid for a return ticket but they gave him the wrong ticket. the ticket inspector never even give him the chance to enplane this as go is a typical arse hole U meet when u travel on these trains. If he would have let him enplane it would have been crystal clear he was given the wrong tickets as he would have two tickets going the one way that were given in the transaction that would cost more than the tickets he asked for which would make no sense.

  • @garyc2 Where you there, mate? Did you actually see what happened? I wasn't, so I don't know for sure, but it just looks to me like a typical, ridiculous teenage excuse after being caught doing something wrong (although, I have been wrong before). If he was given the wrong ticket, why would he have gotten on the fucking train in the first place? And if he got it on the train, why not just say: "Sorry, but I've been given the wrong ticket here."?

  • @RealDougal

No but the official investigation says so and even if he never had a ticket the ticket inspector still gave a passenger permission to man handle a passenger which led to the ticket inspector being investigated which could result in the inspector losing his job and passenger who man handled could be charged as result. He was never given the chance to enplane.

  • @garyc2 Fair enough, but that man was clearly agitated and possibly violent, if under-the-influence of any substance. With children on-board (listening to his profanities and aggression), the ticket inspector was forced to act. It may not have been the right course of action, but he had to do something. Personally, I think society is too lax about the permitted levels of intervention in a situation such as this. He was given ample opportunity to explain, but just said: "I have paid, I have!"

  • @RealDougal There would be no problem if the inspector listened to the passenger in the first place and never talked to him in an aggressive manner.

  • @garyc2 The inspector was doing his job. You can't blame him for that. And personally, I know many people wouldn't try to tell that big man what to do and what not to do. I honestly don't see the problem here. If the passenger sues and gets compensation, that's it sorted. If he doesn't, then it's the same end-scenario with a different result. Problem solved.

  • I was on a Scots Rail trip from Newcastle to Edinburgh and accidentally got on the wrong train because no one in Newcastle Station helps whatsoever. The conductor was a mean English bitch who berated and humiliated me but didn't kick me off thankfully.

  • @JoyousinJesus i experienced a similar kind of conductor. Its better to just cooperate with that type and keep the conversation to a minimum. i was really mad at her but it seems those types dont last long and i never saw her again.

  • @AmazingVideos111 Ya, she was so mean and nearly ruined my holiday. I'm American and have to save up all year in order to travel to the UK alone. I love it so much there.. it's the only place I feel at home! I love the trains and my favorite stretch is from Newcastle to Edinburgh because it's so beautiful. I honestly did not mean to get on the wrong train, I was just confused. I begged for her forgiveness and she finally left me alone :c

  • @JoyousinJesus do u belive your conducter was any meaner because she was english or are u just a rascist ? what if she was scottish irish or australian but had an english accent or would that be guilt by association?

  • @barbersb1 LOL How am I a racist? She was white, I'm white. Idiot.

  • @JoyousinJesusyour a racist by saying" english bitch" moron. looks like the joyousinjesus tag is strictly ironic.

  • @barbersb1 You realize that you are making no sense, right? You are calling me racist because I said another person, of my OWN RACE, was a bitch. I am white, she is white. She is English, yes, but that is not a ''race'" just as American is not a "race". Please get an education! Races break down into subgroups like Mongoloid, Cauzoid, Negroid.. Reading a book once in a while will NOT hurt you.

  • The big man is a hero, how many other people would have done what he did, most people would sit there, fingers up there arses, In my opinion more people should be like that big fella and maybe Britain and America wouldn't have youths running about tearing the place up, making everyone feel afraid to go out at night, and to you people moan or make rude comments about his intervention, well you all sound like a bunch of bloody cowards, who probably can't admit that you would do the same

    .

  • What a Fucking Hero, typical fat bald BNP cunt, picking fights with people smaller than them, so the kid didn't have enough money, for fuck sake what is it with the violence.

  • The BNP are fascist right wing losers

  • the trainn conductor clearly egged on the "big" (fat) man

  • The parts at the end with the vote BNP is pointless - you're entitled to your opinion but what's that video got to do with anything - you just prove that you are not serious merely racist

  • He should be charged

  • @CrazyCrackFox he did get charged

  • @CrazyCrackFox which I think is unfair since he needed to be off the train

  • @rapswagbarbie He was given the wrong ticket

  • search Scotrail No Ticket - Glasgow Version for a comedy take on this video.

  • Fat nanny state numptie involves himself without authority, who does Allan Pollock think he is, Judge, Jury and prosecution? As for that jobs worth inspector, the carriage should have told HIM to shut it and move on. The laddie had paid!

  • sitting on a toilet?

  • If I was on the train, I would have bought the kid a ticket. What the hell is wrong w/the adults? Can't spare a train ticket?

  • Welcome to Scotland.

  • This has got to be a fake. Nobody in their right mind would ever shag that woman with ginger hair so how come she's got kids?.

  • Good for you Big Man tight little Git and they shouldnt be contempatiung charges against Big Man instead do the Git for deception or whatever

  • the guy who got kicked off the train left his diabetic medicine on the train !!!

  • That foul mouthed little ned should be ashamed of himself. Next time no one will step in and the trains will be held up or worse will happen to the conductor as was seen recently. Well done Sam Main you really are stellar - what a pathetic little creature and his family is no better. Is this the kind of student Herriot Watt are producing?

  • the so called Big Man chap committed a criminal offense and should be charged for it!

  • @johnsmith10js10

i agree it was harsh to through him on the floor and he cut his face, but i was good of THE BIG GUY to help but not in that way poor man he had left his bag on the train aswell

  • ...especially in scotland

  • if he had a ticket Polmont to edinburgh park then thats the wrong ticket if he had another (the right ticket) Edinburgh Park to Polmont then why did he not say so..?..stupidity also warrants punishment especially if it as added to rudeness...my guess is that he had a ticket he hadn't used so tried to go the other way with it...well if that's true then he should of said so ...being rude is a risk...learn it

  • Comment removed

  • great video, but vote BNP? HA!!

  • sitting on the toilet

  • If Sam HAD bought two tickets (both going one way, according to him) surely he could prove that? Or why couldn't the ticket inspector have taken his personal details and sorted it out later? I do feel that this re action was OTT and could have been dealt with in a more civilised manner.

  • CAUTION: FAT BITCH AT THE END

  • mmmmmm sittin on da toilet!

  • about time people started to stand up too these little shithead should of done that to all them wanker rioters

  • lol at the end XD

  • The student was assaulted plain and simple - may not like it but he was - ticket inspector gave permission to the fat guy to get him off so he's in the wrong to and has no defence if sacked. When he refused to leave the train he should of called for the Transport Police. It's not hard to work out that as much as we might like what fat man did he's going to be charged with assault if a official complaint is made

  • I understand him being pissed that he has to fucking waste his time due to a shitty kid, I would have done the same.

  • DUDE DOESN'T HAVE A VALID TICKET

DUDE GETS KICKED OUT OF THE TRAIN

    MORE NEWS AT 11

  • To all those bigoted English numpties commenting, why do you insist in talking out of turn, this happened in a different country, Scotland. Scotland is not England.

  • @TheArdRigh 'We are not England' 12 months later 'Give us more tax revenue than we generate ourselves, England', rinse and repeat, you want social and political independence whilst acknowledging your own inability to have economic independence. There is nothing I'd like more than to make you dumbass lazy fucks have to work, don't say this is bigoted, look at your unemployment rate you dumb fucking nationalist.

  • the ned tried to scam the railway company , the difference in fair is about £12 and he thought there wouldn't be a conductor on board . What about the kids ? have they to sit there all night too ? the reason the world is like this is because of the do gooders sitting back ! one word neds , CONSEQUENCE !!!!

  • I was told about a scenario a friend experienced prior to the the days of television, when community was strong- a similar indecent where someone was been harassed by the ticket man on a train, the vocal reaction of the people in the carriage was to tell the "suit" to leave off and stop being and authoritarian ass in all the ways that cannot be written here!

What sick and changed days we live in.

  • Ticket man is being a persistence jobs worth. "I'm gettin paid fur this".

A knuckle dragging idiot (Allan Pollock) intervenes with out authority in something that has nothing to do with him and literally throws him off.

    The Laddie shouldn't have sworn.

  • THE BIG MAN IS A HERO. LET'S RID ENGLAND OF ALL THE HOODED TEENAGERS.....!

  • He has no right to grab and throw the teenager off the train. Should be charged. Wether the kid paid or not is irrelviant, its not his place to throw a kid half his size around.

  • @St3v3z I love it, more power to the people, waster chav with other children on board hearing his disgusting language.

  • @St3v3z Oh you pathetic dweeb, for a ridiculous comment like that you deserve to be shat on.

  • @mrpolaroid123 Oh fuck off you cunt. You cant just go around man handling people 1/3 of your size. If he was being physically threatening then sure. But not there. The guard should of radio'd ahead to the next station and it would of been taken care of. No fat fucking bastard is touching me like that without having his nose broken.

  • @St3v3z In the unlikely event we should ever meet, I would not only man handle you for your disgusting use of language, but probably go a step further and beat you to a pulp for being such a petty little slime ball. The man's a hero. Three cheers!

  • @mrpolaroid123 Oh stop being a fucking woman crying about language on the internet. Grow a pair before trying to intimidate me you fucking inbred cocksucker. The mans gonna die before he hits 40 cos he stuffs his face 24/7. Good riddense. Drain on society.

  • @St3v3z HAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHa massive TROLL

  • @mrpolaroid123 So's your face.

  • @St3v3z Absolute hypocrite. What a surprise.

  • @mrpolaroid123 In what way have i been hypocritical? I would like to hear your miss interpretation of the term :D

  • @St3v3z Hypocrite: A person who pretends to have virtues, moral or religious beliefs, principles, etc., that he or she does not actually possess, especially a person whose actions belie stated beliefs.

Your first comment defends the boy in the video. At the first sign of any disagreement of your view you go off on a tangent, swearing, insulting and being generally contradictory of your underlying point in the first place. That seems to fit the definition of hypocrite pretty well :)

  • @mrpolaroid123 Whos comments are you reading? I simply said its not the fat bastards place to man handle a person half his size. You are trying to look clever and failing my good sir. Using language that for some reason offends you does not make me a hypocrite for thinking man handling in this situation is wrong.

  • No judge will dare prosicute 'the Big Man', public opinion is to strong . plus he'll probably throw the judge out of court!...

  • Comment removed

  • There are three incidents here. (1) apparent fare evasion by the young man with the ski hat. (2) assault, whether by popular demand or not, by the heavy set man upon the the teenager (3) unauthorised ejection from the train. It is necessary to divorce the three events. Whatever justifiable motive you may think existed does not detract from that the latter two incidents. The large man has (a) no authority to intervene and any authority awarded to him by the train conductor was not lawful.

  • Comment removed

  • @anglosaxons100 The man is not anonymous, he featured on the same news broadcast as the snivelling kid moaning about being thrown off for jumping the train.

There is also a link to an interview with the same guy in the info above... if you read it!?!

And to all the people saying the Big Man should have been charged, go the BBC news page and see the story of the Train conductor being STABBED for asking two teens to get off.... then think again!

  • @anglosaxons100 I don't think the big man will lose his job at the bank as there is a lot of public support. People have offered to pay his legal fees if he goes to court, as well as protest, write to Cameron, etc. I think maybe Sam Main might be suspended from Uni if he can't prove his story though, as he seems to have become some sort of figurehead for what is wrong with society which is unfortunate in a way. Maybe next time he'll make sure he has a valid ticket and a better attitude.

  • I've held off for a day or two, but who will give a care?

The 'students' behaviour, and his language, was unacceptable... he should apologize to the guard.

The guards behaviour was unprofessional, and unacceptably dangerous to his other passengers ( he showed an obvious lack of care in the broader sphere ).

The passenger who assaulted the guy did just that. That was common assault of the worst kind, and the video shows that he committed GBH,

  • i agree with what he did, its time we started punishing those needing punishment.

  • 19 jesus not long ago they were going over the top in france at 15 the youth of today god help us...

  • that fat cunt throwing him off like that, why on earth is he getting involved, he only did it to bully the poor kid, the train conductor can not allow that to happen, if that fat prick tried throwing me off he would of got a crack to his left eye the idiot, over a few pound, who gives a fuck!!!!!

  • about time, people are getting fed up wit this PC .gotta be correct BULL SHIT<!!! about time ,well done !!! lil cock sucker, he just said i frogto !! can you ass holes in here listen to him changing hes sotry back and forth,,, cause he doesnt take the old man serious ,,

  • These people got no heart its night out and he looks to be about 16 and trying to get home. You think with the old man going into his golden year he would be more kind. Its not that the other people cared if he paid or not. If i was there i would have paid the ticket for him. The kid is still impressionable and now he probably gonna grow an asshole like the train driver

  • Sittin on the toilet pcht!

  • the wee guys a clown hes trying to scam an old man there was no mix up with the ticket office you narrow minded tube. The big guy was doing the ticket officer and everyone else a favour. Thank you big man :)

  • big man was trying to help by dealing with that wee wido!

  • @izthishuman oh right thanks i didnt realise :) must have heard somewhere that he did pay :) ,never the less i really feel what the 'bigman' did was completely innappropriate and he didnt need to get involved...

  • BIG MAN IS A BAWBAG THAT WAS A BIT HARSH!

  • would of kicked the guys cunt ihn =))

  • Train Company is announcing that they might be a problem with the system and had to give two single tickets instead of a day-return one. Instead of giving the benefit of the doubt, they just thrown away that man. They could easily check at the arriving station and fine him there, but not, they would rather have VIOLENCE and passenger clapping like seals. If he is lying, then fine him hardly at the end of the journey. SHAME OF YOU

  • @jorgechoypernia you say the passengers were clapping like seals, then you write SHAME OF YOU you should at least check what you're writing before you call other people stupid

  • lucky chuck norris wasnae there he would have roundhoused that cunt so hard he wouldve been riding on stephensons rocket x

  • watch till end as that guy needs throwing off a train at high speed

  • LMAO at people who think this is assault, you're what's wrong with this country. If you believe that the kid had a valid ticket you're stupid, in any case he should've been thrown off for his manner alone. Once the conductor says yes to him being removed, the big lad is allowed to use reasonable force, LOOK IT UP!

  • Utterly shameless attempt to wriggle free from responsibility on the part of Scotrail. Whether right or wrong the conductor was entirely complicit in Alan Pollock's behaviour. They can say he 'took matters into his own hands' all they want but it's plain to see he acted with the both the explicit and implicit endorsement of the Scotrail employee on the scene.

  • its the old faggot conductor who is in the wrong, he shouldnt be stopping the train because of this, he should have called the t.p. to collect the guy at the next station.

even that is oot off order, he shoulda just let him aff with it, show a human side to himself instead of being a compassionless robot. yawn, its getting boring now

  • Who's the fat darkie

  • the conductor dealt with how he should have ,the youth being as most are disrespectfull ,arguementive in front off familys under the circumstance there wasn't an alternative except if he need he's belongings then the conductor should have got it for him throwing him too ths ground was over the top ,when dealing with public it's a rabbit in amine field cute but your'e gonna get you ,your'e arse burn't the way off the world and it ain't gonna get better respect !!!!

  • This is brilliant! I absolutely applaud this man for chucking this parasite off the train. No job, no money.... No train ride!!! I have to work to pay my way why doesn't he? Its just a shame the bloke threw him off onto the platform, I'd have gone one better and made it the tracks!!!!

  • @cassianto lmao ! so true man and '' well said''

  • Rotten little scroat deserved a slap. Maybe he'll grow up & stop being such a d1ck in future. LOVE the sitting on the toilet thing, made me LOL but WTF is with the vote BNP thing??

  • Violence is the only language that this sort of youth's mentality understands well done big man!

  • @bermudarailway well said

  • VOTE BNP!?!

  • Yes bloody annoying to listen to the lad, but the guard could have just said Ive radiod the next station someone will take you off there if you dont get off rather that make a huge stand off. Its only a teenager and a few quid. i'll try not to get pulled into moaning about banking crooks!

  • @onefive95 It is just a teenager and a few quid but faredodgers are what pushes the rail prices up. Why should one person pay and another not? Imagine if we all fare dodged, how long do you think the rail services would last before they went bankrupt?

  • @onefive95 Easier said than done, to have children there listening to this swearing waster chav. I hope more people take ownership of situations and help Britain become great again.

  • Hey no disrespect to you. That fella was so much bigger and he threw him out so hard that the lad fell on his face and grazed it. Yes i think the lad had a few drinks a was proper arsey. Its just I remember being quite anti social as a teenager. I wasnt a bad person, just annoying. Yes annoying still you will probably say!

  • @onefive95 No disrepect taken. But what were all those people of the train supposed to do? Wait two hours before the police turns up? Maybe the police would have beaten the kid up, or shot him, who knows? I don't think that the big man was looking for a fight or else he would have punched the kid but they had to get him off the train...

  • Yes kids can be stupid

    Thats all it is

Why throw him on his face?

  • @onefive95 What do you mean 'why throw him on his face?' Why didn't he land on his feet? Or better still why didn't he leave the train when the old conductor had politely asked him to do so?

  • The boy behaved like a teenager.

The adult behaved like an violent bully

I feel sorry for young people. Priced out of education, priced out of homes, not much work.

Do people have to applaud bullying?

  • @onefive95 Nice one! Well said you

  • I agree with everything apart from that "big man" doing what he did the twat

  • @dylmason2k7 His actions are whats wrong with this. The conductor should have resolved this and not accepted the offer of help from 'the big man' (that still makes me laugh, I've had bigger jobbies!)

  • why is the sittin on tha toilet song at the end?

  • @ChannelAdams1 Ok, the young lad might be a scally, but did he really deserve this? Did the bloke really have to escalate it to assault? (perhaps he was late for his tea?) The rail employee did not handle the situation properly. Young lad stands to make a fortune, and our courts will spend valuable resources sorting this out. Before you act people, please think.

  • @ChannelAdams1 I'd throw a punch at that bully Pollock if he grabbed me, your point? Oh aye, your Mystic Meg, you know he was going to jump up and hit the useless ticket bloke eh? Aye right.

  • Sittin in tha toilet...

  • That young lad is going to make a fortune! The ticket bloke is trained to deal with situations like this and has a procedure to follow which he clearly forgot. The big bloke offering to throw him off and the ticket guy accepting his offer means both of them will end up in court for assault. If I was the young lads Dad I would be trotting him to the police for a nice wee chat, showing them this video and pressing charges. I hope the big hero gets everything he deserves for sticking his nose in.

  • The ticket inspector should of established the nature of the boys claim. By perhaps asking the boy, what ticket did you ask for and how often do you make this journey? The Ticket inspector gets paid do do that too. And as for the passenger who makes himself busy, if i was the young lads dad, he would be getting a personal service, if you know what I mean. The big man, as they all call him is not a big man, he is a bully...i would like to see him do that to me...big man the bully, FAT MUG.

  • @TheGuguParty spot on.

  • i would have knocked him out. Any stranger who puts there hands on me would be finished.

  • Good night some off us after get up for work in morning bring back national service

  • @1967froggy I agree with this!!! There is a movie called Ides of March and in the first ten minutes it explains exactly how easy it would be to do so.

  • I hope that it's taught him next time to get a bloody valid ticket! It could have saved everybody a whole lot of grief. I feel sorry for the old conductor - he didn't deserve the lack of respect as he was just doing his job.

  • @PurpleFlame3 exactly. This old man is working. What was this dumb teen doing? Sitting on a train he didn't pay to be on, looking at the ground being stroppy and rude to people. Not having a care or concern for the other people on the train who needed to get home. I can't believe people are sticking up for him!

  • @JadieLouiseParkes People who stick up for him are stupid! Faredodgers raise the price of trains for the rest of us. He should be given a large fine or made to do community service. This whole incident could have been avoided if it had not been for this one stupid kid! I can't begin to imagine how unpleasant it was for everybody - after a hard day's work everybody just wants to get home without having an arsehole on the train.

  • @PurpleFlame3 So if your son or daughter was treated this way you would be ok? Don't think so.

  • @RREKKOKO If my son or daughter behaved in this way I would (a) die from shame because it would mean that I had totally failed as a parent and as a human being (b) march them off straight to the police station (c) make them apologise to the old conductor and to everybody else for being a public nuisance.

  • @PurpleFlame3 Aye cause your bairns are perfect so ye can sleep easy. LOL

  • @RREKKOKO Next time you go and buy a train ticket and it so expensive I hope that you'll understand that it is because of faredodgers like this kid. I hope that you never get stuck on a delayed train because of some kid like this hasn't bought a valid ticket. You don't seem to get it, do you?

  • @PurpleFlame3 I do get it, I totally understand the frustration this type of alleged action causes, but do you realise that the correct protocols were not followed. The rail employee could simply ask the police to attend at the next station and deal with this, not employ the other customers to deal with his lack of professionalism. I don't agree that this was the right way to deal with it. And as I've said, valuable court time will be taken up dealing with this mess.

  • @RREKKOKO The court should prosecute the kid for faredodging unless he has evidence to back up his story. The rail employee should be given a gun (joking). Sometimes common sense prevails and what the other passenger did was remove the kid so they could all continue their journey. All this unpleasantness could have been avoided if the stupid kid had bought a valid ticket and not become abusive. None of this would have happen if it hadn't been for the stupid actions of this kid.

  • @PurpleFlame3 But do you know this is the case, did the kid not buy a ticket? Even so were the actions of others justified? Wouldn't simply calling the police put an end to it. Now we have a rail employee who could potentially lose his job and a member of the public who could be charged with assault, the fare dodging will be a simple side issue resolved with the payment of a paltry fine. The fine will be easily paid by the damages the kid wins at another expensive (tax payers expense) court case

  • @RREKKOKO Again it points to the stupidity of the kid. When you buy a rail ticket do you not check its validity? How long would the police have taken to arrive? How long is a train full of people supposed to be inconvenienced for? Can people sue the kid for the lost time? If the kid had left the train as he was asked several times the force would not have had to been used. Seems like 'reasonable force' to me. Case closed. It's not as though the big guy beat him up for fun...

  • @PurpleFlame3 Turns out it was a mistake at the ticket office, he was sold 2 same journey singles instead of 2 singles for both directions, he had just woken up and then all this took place. If violence is our solution to all our social ills and inconveniences in life then we better get good at Kung-Fu or other fighting styles. Have you seen the damage done to his face? The 'big man' should be charged with assault.

  • @RREKKOKO What is your source? I know the kid 'claims' to have been sold two single journey for the same direction but then again he may have just picked the tickets up from the station floor. Has Scotrail verified this and issued an apology? His face? I've had worse injuries falling off my bike - they'll be gone within a week...

  • @RREKKOKO would you also say swearing as opposed to being decent about the whole thing is a better approach? He could have got off with it or someone may have helped him out. He could have paid (he had money) and then taken it up with the staff at the station to claim it back? "damage done to his face" PLEASE....its a little scratch on his face. Its nothing. (he probs had adrenaline pumping in him anyway so wouldn't have felt much). So many ppl in the UK are too PC nowadays. Its getting stupid

  • @RREKKOKO Nuff said innocent until proven guilty!

  • @RREKKOKO but if that did happen why didnt he say that?

  • Comment removed

  • @RREKKOKO WHAT NO WAY. THE BIG GUY WAS ONLY TRYING TO HELP. and where did you find this info on the vid

  • @RREKKOKO Then they both should have cleared it up with the ticket office. If he had said politely and calmly then this wouldn't have happened.

  • @RREKKOKO his face is an improvement now. More damage would have been even better.

  • @PurpleFlame3 All 3 of the above???

  • The conductor acted inappropriate and so did the big guy. Iwhen you get caught witzout a ticket in my country you will get a fine of 50 euros and the bill sent home to you. They only become physical, if the customer gets physical too. Sure, the boy misbehaved, but the who,e situation got out of control, when Big Guy stepped in.

  • Foggel1

By what is clearly on show the youth had no respect for his elder or all the others including children on the train yes we all swear from time to time but he showed little or if any respect leading to my conclusion that he has none my father who is not with us anymore served 4 abroad doing his national service for this country and the likes that are in it he was a proud respectful Man not some jumped up disrespectful youth who thinks the world owes them something

  • @1967froggy ''I unlike the youth was taught respect'' You can not possibly know this. You can assume he wasn't but that is all.

  • Well, he should have got a return. Its his fault for delaying the train, not the conductor's but that Big Bastard had no right to force him off the train like that. I hope he gets charged with assault.

  • Comment removed

  • Ho dear the ned scratched his pretty face does he want a band aid no just a sharpe short shock which he got good on you big fella

  • Fogel 1

Firstly you don't no me or my father so it's unimportant to me what you think I was not and did not say I was abused yes I was chastised when I needed chastising I guess from your comment your a tree hugger

I unlike the youth was taught respect and manners people should think before they act as there is always consequences fact the youth was using abusive language which there is no need for he should have got off the train as requested and lodge a compliant the guy yes maybe should no

  • @1967froggy You are right, i don't know you, but my statement was drawn upon what YOU mentioned. And yet you with no evidence call me a tree hugger?

Again you state that ''I unlike the youth was taught respect and manners''. Given the data at hand you can not conclude such things about this guy.

  • Well done big man :) youth of today have no respect for anyone or anything thats why the UK is soo fooked up people cant walk the street without getting grief from kids. Im only 39 but when i was a kid on the street if we disrespected or done anything to an older person we got a smack round the head or worse, im telling ya we learnt quickly. How do we deal with things now?? i tell ya you call the old they tell him off and they stick there fingers up at them.

  • @skki3330 Violence is not a good way of teaching young people
