Imo Final Fantasy V, VI, VII, and X had the best music. Final Fantasy XII and XIII weren't just pieces of crap but they had bad music too a staple for the Final Fantasy franchise or "was"

It'd be awesome if SE remastered all the pre-PS2 FF games in HD and threw 'em onto the PSN Store and Xbox LIVE Marketplace, each game priced according to their length and depth (FF1 = $10, FF3 = $15, FF6 = $20, etc.).

I know EVEN MORE remakes doesn't seem too great for them (especially given their current financial troubles), but it'd be nice to at least gradually add one remastered FF game for download every 3 months or so. It would expose the current gen gamers to a classic series..

Yep. The only reason it may not be the BEST idea in the world is because, well, let's face it: SE has made more re-releases than any other gaming company. In other words, MORE remakes wouldn't exactly bail them out of their current situation they're in. And I don't really know why they're even IN such a mess to begin with. I mean, it's not TERRIBLE, but it will at least (hopefully) give them a heads-up. Maybe it'll occur to them: "Hey! Maybe we should make a GOOD game again!"
