You can get them at Walgreens in NYC & NJ. They just sell out fast. I've seen them at Walgreens on like 5th or 6th ave & that's where I got mine.

Maybe you could try the glitter cream as a base/background color. Then use a powder on top to keep the glitter cream in place. Just a thought ...

Hey Emily, Not to be rude or anything, but I think you have a couple of the baked eyeshadows labled wrong. The brownish/bronzy one is "Baked, Not Fried" and the blue one is "Bake-Off Contest!" and my bronzy/brown baked eyeshadow came with a brown eyeliner.

Hi Emily, I had to get two of the "I LOVE MATTE" Palette! My mom who is 58 when she looked at mine said what store did you get that from. I told her Walgreens, why? Well she said they are all matte shadows and it's hard to fine all matte shadows in a palette. I said I know! If I had not watched Emily Noel on YouTube I would have been a MAC and getting eye shadow one color at a time in matte. She said well I will NOT pay $18.00 for a shadow! So thanks for this review! You made my mom happy!

you can also use a brush for the purpose of wearing a baked eyeshadow wet, the same thing, getting the brush a bit wet with water and going directly into the eyeshadow...

A few things about the new baked shadows and the I heart Matte. These appear to be Walgreen exclusives which means you won't find these at RiteAid, CVS, Fred Meyer or any other store. Each Walgreens received at least ONE beauty bar display per store and each display contains only THREE of each new item. Once sold out that's it there are no more as these are LIMITED EDITION items. The display also has a B1G1 half off which essentially makes one FREE if you buy all four new palettes.

i got my paws on the bronze palette with the brown liner and the purple palette with black liner im so glad my walgreens carries wet n wild didnt see any matte palettes or glitter palettes

Another good tip is to use an eye gel, as opposed to an eye cream, when using cream shadows. I find that with tarte cream shadows, it is best to not apply them too thin. I find actually the more the better. If you apply a thin layer it is more likely to crease. Strange. The only cream shadow i have ever had that experience with. Drug store cream shadows, I won't even mess with them. Disaster each and every time.
