the G8 was a let down for me i thought it would be like the GTO but better...it looks better but its slower i guess like the 5.7 to the 6.0 GTO i gotta wait for the G8 GXP

Those were from the previous run. The 510 was at 100RPM. We're looking at 342.9HP @ 5500RPM and 354.3TQ @ 4700RPM. Pretty sick for just a tune and a makeshift intake!

I had my tune done at Vector Motorsports. The intake had to come off because it wasn't fabbed...just a mock setup. The current numbers are:

Stock RWHP: 304.8@5700

Tuned RWHP: 335.1@5600

Stock TQ: 315.3@4600

Tuned TQ: 348.0@4700

MPGs actually increased about 3MPG although I expect that number to drop closer to 1-2MPG.

So when Pontiac says it gets around 360 HP they mean at the fly wheel then, right??

Yeah...estimate about 20% drivetrain loss on the Automatic although if you run the stock numbers, it looks like its closer to 15.5%.

I'm pretty sure that unless it says RWHP, that most HP numbers are rated at the flywheel. I could be wrong though.

MAX Horse Power is 341.5 at THE REAR WHEELS @ 5600 rpm

Negative. thats called a TQ spike. it doesnt get 510tq lol.
