Personally, I believe that there is other intelligent life out there -it is statistically highly improbable for there NOT to be. How would I react if it were reported that contact was made? I'd still say if such things are true, then the US should keep diplomatic relationships (with the supervision of the commander in chief him/herself) with extraterrestrial beings, but still keep it a secret.

I dunno man. I've heard way too man stories about spirits and ghosts to deny their existence. I've had my own ghost and spirit experiences but I'm so damn skeptical really question if it was real or not.
You really have to hvae one truely unexplainable experience yourself to fully believe in it.
But then I find out about this astral projection stuff. That really just blows your mind.

Even just a week ago my mom is talking about a little ghost boy that ls around one room in the hosptial.
She was telling me about various encounters other patients had with this boy. Sucks cuz she's not allowed to say it's a ghost because she would spook the patients lol.
Really, at this point i find it extremely difficult to deny their existence.
There's a big question: Are they living beings or simply stuck energy, like watching a movie that it overlapping in time.

well you raise some really thought-provoking points man. However, until I see concrete evidence I can't say I believe in a thing. I only have concrete evidence for one thing: my own existence and based on this the only thing I believe in is me. I see other people and feel they are somehow real too - experiencing the world as I am, but I cannot prove this is so - this whole thing might be part of a program, right? If we're entertaining all possibilities then we've got to keep that one in mind

Personally, I believe that there is other intelligent life out there -it is statistically highly improbable for there NOT to be. How would I react if it were reported that contact was made? I'd be concerned about the u.s./"allied" military response. After all, those in power on this planet view things through polar lenses: good-evil; weak-strong; rich-poor; god-satan, and so on. The military powers are also very short-sighted. I'd be much more concerned about "our" reaction.

Paul Hellyer was and still the worst minister of national defence in canada...he created the unificaiton of the canadian forces (one commander for the 3 branch ,such "army" "navy" "air" in one command).. is not a bad idea in first point , but the worst thing he done during the time he was the minister of national defence was the decommission of the last aircraft carrier of the canadian forces in 1970. 40 years later the canadian forces has no capacity ..this guy is a dick.

Agreed. The best means to hush up evidence regarding UFOs is to make the information so confusing as it is presented that no one would believe it or take it strongly enough to do anything. This is what our corrupt government wants from us.

Few months agoe I first saw this vid. Since then I suggested it to a number of people. Now I saw it again and, don't call me loopy, missed some imformations I was sure that they were in it. A look on the running time seems to prove that: it's not 09.24 as indicated when you load it up, it's only 07.50 after being uploaded. Another point is: speech and immage are not going synchronously. And: when I saw it first, the whole presentation made more sense than it does now. What's going on with that?
