-I cant access the start menu

-active programs appear in the taskbar as well as the Window dropdown menu, overlapping the text and making it unreadable.

You should add a program like Vista/XP Virtual Desktops or Dexpot. These programs are similar to the Mac Spaces. I think this will add to the realism =D. Google them. Vista/XP Virtual Desktops is the closest to a Mac Space program but the current version suffers from minor memory leaks (eats up to 1GB RAM). Dexpot is a low footprint program that does the same thing and has some slightly more features. LOL see for yourself =)

i dont really get this part but i know it is supposed to happen. before the installaton of "finderbar" the apple icon in the top left hand corner opened the old windows start menu with a button that said "programs" in which you could mouse over and all the installed programs would appear and you can run them from there. after installing "finderbar" it changed and i can no longer find the list of programs. where could they be and can i put a short cut to them in the dock?
