Her name is Priscilla Lopez. I don't think she replaced anyone. She won a Tony Award in 1980.

I never knew her name but she showed up near the end of the series and I only remember her from a few General Mathpital sketches. I too would like to know who she was and whether Luisa or Cynthia were still around...

I don't recognize the actress playing the Nurse, Ivy Stand.. I'm wondering if she was part of just one of the seasons? Did she replace a cast member?
