um i agree with you 4 perk 2 and 3 but perk 1 there isnt a guarentee that you will last that long so i would add a scope on the m16 instead of bandolior

you can have a scope and bandolier on the m16, but i wouldnt put bandolier on an m16 anyways because it has three round burst, and you wont run out of ammo as quickly anyways. use something like claymores or frag x3.
