You should choose your starting region too, Johto and Kanto were one country, hoenn is south west of johto, (Cianwood in johto was on a different land, probably the top right of hoenn) and sinnoh is connected by mountains to the north of johto/kanto (by the pokemon leauge) makinf sinnoh part of the same land.

yea, nintendo really missed out when they didnt put 8 gym badges in any of the following games. that was a great part of the game. and second generation pokemon are quite rare in the ds level collections right now and they were the best.

@redheadkdd6 yeah, i thought that when i was 5. btw its sinnoh not shinnon. also, shouldn't you have to beat the champ before the next region? also, when you get to the next region, your level should go to 105 because you always start at 5 at the beginning of the game. next region start at 205, etc. (until you get to 505 at the isshu region). also, you shouldn't be able to level up more than 95 times until you get to the next region.

Gold and Silver, then Crystal. Ruby and Sapphire, then Emerald. then i think they tested out how their first remakes would do (leaf green and fire red) and now. Pearl and Diamond, then Platinum. next SHOULD be gold and silver remakes then two new games, and one after those two.

You know how when you look at a pokemon's summary, it says which region it is from? for example in Pearl verison, it says Zigzagoon's region is Hoenn. Someone decoded a Chikorita, and was able to change the region to Johto. It didn't look fake at all.

Dusk gold because it is said that Tin tower (ho ohs spot) is where all pokemon enter the afterlife. the place next to it (name escapes me right now) is where all pokemon (souls) begin (alledgedly)

Gold is considered the "lighter" of the two games, considering the protagonist Gold is well, the protagonist.

So it's either going to be DawnGold and DuskSilver, you typoed, Bulbapedia typoed, or it's not true.
