I don't know if you'll ever notice it "kicking in". Because every installation is different, the only way you'd ever notice a difference between using the glue and not using the glue would be to install one wall with and one wall without in the same studio. I chose to believe the testing results from the manufacturer and chose to do everything possible to increase my soundproofing. I have to believe that the glue helps but just how much is anybody's guess. We're satisfied with our results.
I just used this product last week - Green Glue. No amazing results yet...
How many weeks did you find it needed to dry before the soundproofing qualities really kicked in ?
