Watched this movie in my newspaper class today. I really enjoyed it and everyone else in the class enjoyed it as well. Sure, there were times where the script made us laugh probably when it didn't mean to make us laugh, like how many times Stephen Glass kept saying "Are you mad at me?". We still all had a great time watching it. It does become quite a downer though. It's definitely worth watching, but not if you need a pick-me-up.
Peter Sarsgaard should have won the Academy Award for Best Supporting Actor for his performance in this film, and for the life of me I can't understand why he wasn't even nominated.

Amen to that. Sarsgaard was phenomenal in this movie (as was Hayden, actually).

I agree a 100%. Incredible movie. Sarsgaard is amazing in it. So is Hayden!

well its an old movie so you could probably get the DVD quite cheap now, might be worth a rent if you're not sure you'll like it
