for Pnoy to compare the hostage crisis to the massacre in Norway is a gross insult to normal people's intelligence, while the Norway killer implemented a sudden deliberate attack on innocent people, the Mendoza crisis took 11 long hours of stupid negotiation where chances to shoot or grab him where intentionally ignored.
