Interesting vid but why disclosure over St Helens? Surely it should have been major cities i.e London, Manchester, Birmingham etc. I am a believer but always keep an open mind. I always say just because it's a ufo doesn't mean it is of ET origin!

The scene was recorded inside a car. The "ufo" is only a light reflected in the front glass.
