Do you know what most partial birth abortions are? They are babies who have Angelman syndrome for example or even worse conditions where they won't even survive very long at all who are aborted. It saves them the utter agony of having to struggle to survive to live a single year or two maybe.

No you're right. Ppl w/ Angelman syndrome live to adulthood, I was just giving an example of why someone would want to abort a baby w/ Angelman syndrome because arguably having a child like that makes the parent suffer, AND the child suffer.
However there are other chromosomal abnormalities where the child when it is born, will basically die within a few months. I dont know them yet, but im starting my pediatrics rotation next week so I can get back to you on that if u wish :)

Yes living with a disabled child sucks for the child and parent, and I personally have no problem with "murdering" it while its still in the womb. But a certain % of these late term abortions are done when the child would only survive a certain limited period of time anyway.
Our country has become so pathologically irresponsible that salad tonging a baby out of your girlfriend is now considered an ok form of birth control.
