flashreally is the strongest superhero, because he can throw something like say, a rock at around the speed of light. thats fast. also, he can vibrate his body so fast juggy would just pass right through him, and his reflexes are lighting fast. take that marvel.
Im a DC and Marvel fan. To be honest, Im torn on this fight. Juggernaut would never be able to catch flash realistically, and though Flashes momentum strikes can sure as hell pack a punch, I dont think its enough to where he can one shot kill Juggs. And before people start preaching Cytorraks oh so great mystic abilities, those powers have been beaten, abused, and smashes by brute force, and NON magical means so many times its old. So in theory, brute force should work. Still undecided.

But Hulk managed to toss him around in their earliest fight, even spinning him around like a discus and tossing him into a mountain, and punches from really strong characters can knock him back same as anyone else. They just can't hurt him.
But if you're asking if Flash is strong enough to lift something heavy:
The man built a bridge. When a bridge was collapsing, he actually ran to the library, read how to build a new one, got all the materials, and build the thing before his memory lost all the information he learned. That obviously involves lifting lots of heavy materials.
It's probably some trick of the speed force. He can control kinetic energy, so it's probably good for simulating strength.

Totally invulnerable. Thors Godblast couldn't even put him down, and that thing drove off Galactus and broke a Celestials helmet.
Still, Thor did beat him, by first teleporting him to another dimension, and later using his hammer to send him to the moon. Yeah, he wasn't knocked out, but the fight was ended on Thor's terms.

flash is one of the most powerful heroes in the DC universe, all he needs to do is tap into the speedforce and he would own juggernaut, if superboy prime (guy who can move planets) was afraid of him then im sure juggernaut would at LEAST be up for a good fight

This is awesome. I don't know the extent of Juggernaut's strength, but whatever it is, he can't catch Flash. But I also don't think Juggernaut can be defeated with a few kicks and punches.
If I was to vote, I'd go for The Flash. You'll be surprised at how many moves you can come up with when your opponent can't catch you.
This Flash is real good. I'm not too crazy about his finishing moves, though. He needs to do something like make sonic booms (the real thing, not Guile's move, lol) and his Infinite Mass Punch.

Not true (And this is to marvelruls and other nay sayers too).
Flash can't knock Juggernaut out or kill him. That doesn't mean he can't defeat him by removing him from the battlefield, or trapping him.
For example, Spiderman defeated Juggernaut by trapping him in a pool of wet cement, and Jugs had to take months pushing himself out of it.
So if Flash, say, tosses Juggernaut into space (Which he's capable of doing by spinning him really fast and lending him speed), the fights over.

The speedforce stopped Superboy and he could MOVE PLANETS. With his HANDS.
And Flash is strong because he punches so quickly. Power comes with speed. Ask any martial-artist. I'm not saying Juggernaut would have no chance, don't get me wrong. I actually agree it would be pretty much a tie unless Flash put him in the speed-force.

Ok I know taking physics into cartoons might be a little much but I'm just trying to use logic the creators might agree with, ok with his speed he would gather so much power in his punch/kick just not sure if it would hurt too much lol but also u guys forget juggs gets his power from the gem of cytorak or h/e you spell it, flash could take that in less of a second XD....& yes his speedforce owns!

flash is one of the most powerful heroes in the DC universe, all he needs to do is tap into the speedforce and he would own juggernaut, if superboy prime (guy who can move planets) was afraid of him then im sure juggernaut would at LEAST be up for a good fight

This is awesome. I don't know the extent of Juggernaut's strength, but whatever it is, he can't catch Flash. But I also don't think Juggernaut can be defeated with a few kicks and punches.
If I was to vote, I'd go for The Flash. You'll be surprised at how many moves you can come up with when your opponent can't catch you.

This Flash is real good. I'm not too crazy about his finishing moves, though. He needs to do something like make sonic booms (the real thing, not Guile's move, lol) and his Infinite Mass Punch.
