I guess the Mannequin body is a stronger form than using a pvc body? I love your clown you made with your clay recipe. I made my demented girl with that technique. The mass produced clowns are turning out really well. I usually hot glue my eyes, but I like your way also. I know the kids and customers at the pro haunts are really tough on props, so you have to make them really durable. Unfortunately the props you buy at conventions and stores don't hold up to the abuse.

@Joiseygal The prop that was busted on us was made with a mannequin body. All material is subject to damage but just can't afford to spend $400 on the prop especially with the quantity of things we need for the haunt.
