sorry about that, I would suggest this strategy:

1.Grab bat.

2.Short jump, down aerial attack(dair)

3.Repeat #2 as many time as possible.

4. Batswing!

Should be an easy 2k =]

Maybe add a bat-throw forward?

About how much lenght of difference is between a tipper and a normal charged bat hit?

depends on the finishing distance...

tipper=normal hit x1.1

If you cannot manage a tipper... it wontr ruin the record, but a tipper helps... 1.1x isnt exact, but its a decent estimate... if anything, its less than that

with ganon, you can just do a bunch of dairs and then do a bat throw-rwp, way easier than what you did

wow those are nice :) with ice climbers i have a strat without bds to get it to 2700 ft. i just start with holding over-a and then i throw the bat, then i hold down-a to its max and let them hit it against the left shield for over 100% usually and then i just use down-b until the last second and then swing. its a good strat just wanted to tell you and anyone who reads this in case you need some help

whenever i get the bag to 121% it only goes 1900 ft. i have to get the bag up to126% or so for it to go 2000

you may not be landing a "tipper" just hit with the end of the bat.

with ice climbers i got 122% damage on sandbag on 5 second countdown and got him to 169% damage and only hit up to 672.7 =(

start by throwing the bag. jump and catch the bat with "z" hit z again to release it and hit b instantly and tilt down so the laser hits the bag. grab the bat and jump and release the bat once it hits hit back a to hit the bag and grab the bat then jump release and and do a aerial up a. grab the bat and swing

Just to let ya know, Ive found a much easier way to get around 2300 with the ice climbers. Just short hop and use the d-spec until you don't have any time left, then hope for a tipper =)

yes i am... it shouldnt make a difference on the controllers though...make sure yur hitting with the tip of the bat...if using a character .like dk,and u hit him up close,the distance will suck

Make sure your score says ft. after it, and not m. If it says m your doing something wrong, but it's not too bad, because there's about 3 feet in one meter.

Ok i did the charizard thing 100% like you did, i hit 45, then 85, then burnt it to 92 then hit it to 128.

I roll behind whack and i end up around 600?

u need 2 hit it with the bat...and 2000 feet is what i use,if yur playing and it has meters,2000 feet is a little bit over 620 meters

well,meters is part of the metric system,and everywhere but america and about 3 other contries use the metric system... feet aren't better than meters... i dont know if you can,without getting the game in america.=\

u can use a calculator and multiply it by 3.3

ie 600m=1968ft
