LOL I always thought about that too... I think she was still in love with Mytho, even after he ends up choosing Rue. But I also think that Fakir and Ahiru do end up being very fond of each other. At the end of the series, it shows Fakir visiting Ahiru (as a duck) at the lake and taking care of her...but that's all I know. Many fanfics, however, do support the FxA couple.
