I used to own this car. Bought from Leeds audi in feb 2007. I was owner No.3 First Keeper was Audi UK. Let it go shortly after paying £2500 for major Cam belt service. Now driving a sedate Land Rover Discovery 3.
great car, not to obvious that its powerful when you see it, but it kicks much asses on the road! my uncle just ordered the new one with 580hp and 650nm (v10 bi-turbo) great car!
if you were (are) a cocanie dealer its the ultimate q-car.... you can get a body in the boot and your tooled up mates in the back + out run the rozzers volvo!!!!!

you know what i think you might be right just seen it on dvd looks near identical to an s4 avant in silver though anyway who you calling a dumb ass you cardboard cut out cunt
Layer Cake is the best gangster flick i've ever seen! This gotta be the definition of coolness. It's also very smart. I love gangster films like Donnie Brasco, Scarface , Goodfellas and so on, but british gangster films are more classy than americans in my opinion. If u liked Layer Cake, also check out "The Business" with Danny Dyer. Greetz from Berlin ;)
ya ive seen most of all the british gangster films...theres just something modern (ish) about layer cake that gives it my vote...the soundtrack is excellent in the film is excellent! Snatch is very good too!
Nick..im not so sure Snatch is better than layer cake. it has more comedy value and makes me laugh ...but i think Brad Pit takes any credibility for it as a gangster movie away. I have it as i like the dark humour it contains. But as much as i like it i just dont think i t can contend with the gritty style in Layer cake..they kept it free of American hollywood influence and it shows..this film is alot more realistic and hard hitting. Another great is The Business as someone else has already said
Irony: that country club was where sean connery as James Bond played golf in Goldfinger. This film was made before Craig was selected to play James Bond....
ah memories - the place is Stoke Park Country Club in Buckinghamshire - nothing like driving up that large drive in a sports car. As for the AUDI it is an RS6 and the colour is Avus Silver Pearl, NOT a limited edition colour.
I agree, great scene to pull you into a flick, and how the hell did they get that shot? Must be a chopper skimming just over the surface of the golf course, above or in between the treeline..but they're flying!
in fact, i totally agree with you regardless of the dealer b/c after viewing the movie a 2nd time just recently it is clear from (amongst other things) the size of the cabin it is the 6 and not the four
originally i just thought it looked too damn sporty to be the 6!!
I love Daniel Craigs suit.

1. Lock Stock
2. Snatch
3. Layer Cake
4. Sexy Beast
5. Ordinary Decent Criminal
Layer Cakes a GREAT film and I almost love it but the ending is just not satisfying enough to put it above Snatch.
I simply hated the business, Sexy Beast was the one everyone should have been getting giddy about, not The Business.

Love the intro and the RS6 is a perfect choice for film, quietly understated yet powerful underneath...
