where do i upload the addons?

i have problem @ step 5

after i choose filestorage and click next it says me

Please set the permissions Set the permissions with your FTP client and hit "Refresh".

The following files and folders must have read and write permissions (CHMOD 0777 or 0766)

but this is nort normal. i deleted all .htaccess files. if i dont delete them i have a screen about IIS password... what should i do?

I know that some people have installed it on the IIS before, but in general this is a PHP and MySQL
