What I get from this song is that Miku is in love with someone, the person she was in love with broke up or change into someone mean and rude. I also get the feeling she feels like she is useless, possiblely the person said something to her which she ends up believing. At the same time no matter how much she tried to forget this person she can't. She probably also feels like she can't tell anyone about the pain she is in.

Even when it sounds so beautiful, it brings tears to my eyes still.
