@melanoma321 Attack dogs are there for intimidation and crowd control, to make somebody think twice before they start getting physical with police or attempt to flee. This is textbook 'bark and hold' in practice, using the dogs as a barrier between the police and the crowd, designed to intimidate. Nothing wrong going on here, just good policing.

I don't disagree with you mate, apart from the fact that one of the dog-handlers can be seen needlessly shoving the girl in pink in the back, thereby deliberately provoking a reaction from the EDL.

Also, do you think that it was "good policing" by GMP when they singularly failed to use similar 'intimidating' tactics against the extremely antagonistic UAF/Muslim counter-protesters at this EDL demo?

It's always 'dogs and batons' for the EDL and 'kid gloves' for the Muslims.

the dickhead who kept shouting 'fucking come on then', he was the first to run away when the police advanced. i later seen him in a local pub and he hid in the gents toilets for over an hour. he came out and was as white as a sheet! he ordered a half shandy and sat down and began bragging what a hard man he was. i couldn't hear what else he was saying as i was too busy laughing! i also saw a rip in the back of his jeans and a couple of spots of blood. looks like the police dog didn't like him.

@timminsmark Shes not a chav hooligan, shes a 42 year old mother of 3 who stepped back to find the person she'd come to the march with, they had NO right to push her back, this was after the dog attacked her for no reason but the handler not being able to keep his dog under control.
