Other than National Geographic and Discovery channel's info on these caves....MOST video/slideshows ALL HAVE music and mismatched clips...I'd like to see JUST the crystals, NO music, It RUINS everything.

Ooops i meant to hit the thumbs up and not the down re searching for life before draining caves, but i suppose it is easier said than done, now at least. Nice slideshow, good photos and I am glad the investigators were careful and cared for.

Looking for life AFTER draining off all the water that created these colossal crystals in the first place is not an intelligent thing to do. Water creates life. Are these scientists stupid? Are the crystals now ruined due to this exploration?

Ooops I meant a thumbs up not down, please forgive me, I will be more careful in the future, I agree with you comment that it would be better to check for life before the water was drained, but to my understanding it was a mining company that discovered these caves so it was not really a scientific discovery, would this be why they were drained?

For reals!! It was the first thing that came to my mind. It reminded me of the movie Superman. LOL!!! An any case this place its just beautiful. That also makes me think, what else IS beneath our Earth?? I will go visit one day. wtf!! the music got to do with it? Stupid!!!
