The police abuse that never got on video was one that happened in Altoona P.A.. It had to do with two off duty police beating the hell out of two men in a restroom of a bar. The one guy that was beaten was there to rescue the other guy after walking in on the initial beating. He was in his late 50s early 60's. When police arrived one off duty cop said to an off duty cop "make it go away". His father was a former police chief and recieved the Medal of Honor for action on D-Day.

@dshedder1 He resigned and one other on duty officer was fired along with the other off duty officers. Prior to that the case was before a state Grand Jury. The reason he didn't want to be recorded was because he didn't know the answers to the question and had to do research so he could give you the right answers. GOOD JOB!!

I wish I had such a great job. But with your profile, I would think you would agree with me. The Police is not some secret society waiting to make your life miserable, they are average citizens tasked with protecting the community. Would you not be concerned if you saw some goof ball walking around with a gun on his hip? It is not normal, and this guy just does it on purpose to cause problems. @PoopClown nice ad hominem but you're all wrong. PA cops have been trained to know open carry is legal and the PA supreme court has held multiple times that it's legal. Cops are more than welcome to approach me and talk to me, but it's an obvious abuse of power what this guy in Warwick PD did to me. They themselves walk down the street with guns on their hips.
