@Drugsanddragonslul Because the only way you get them to stop shooting is if you go around a corner out of their sight or get them stunned so if it's an open area filled with alot of heavy weapon dudes in there you might as well be dead unless you have rapid fire on a BFG

THe name of this level sounds inspired by Indiana Jones and The Raiders of The Lost Ark. Not to mention that invisable bridge at the end

I like this level, but It took me a while to find out I had to shoot the computer to raise the bridge, and I never understood why the bridge was invisible.  I didn't even know it was there at first. That area is nasty with closing the door so the revenants can snipe you too.

hmmm curious i didint know that this version contained such a well detailed level that was named Well Of Souls i mean ive heard that level name from the legend of spyro the eternal night but the Well Of Souls in Doom?

@sebastyjon360 Because the PSX version only had 30 levels and most of them were the Master Levels for Doom 2. A lot of levels weren't in Final Doom for PSX. They also edited a few levels so that the memory of a PSX wouldn't just crash.

The only thing that you did differently was to leave a button unpressed, but that's it.

u r very good, i jsut got doom back - wouldnt work on vista until figured it out a yaer later - so i'm still good but i find that my alt button to move sideways doesnt work v well. :(

The only real problem I have with this version of DOOM is the ammo starvation. I really don't care if they jam half the army of hell in one level as long as I get enough ammo.

Those are the Archvilles. I hate them. They can ressurect dead monsters and have the ability to make you explode from any distance. Oh and they're fast and take quite a few hits to die.

When you enter that area, look left. You'll see a computer base, shoot it, and two poles comes up on your side and on the other one, walk between them and you'll notice it's a invisible bridge!
