My experience with Tamiya custumer support - tums up! Had a broken clear part in scale kit, contacted them by email, after two emails and two weeks I got my spare windshield for free.

Lousy customer support. Tamiya has quality control but they will NOT attempt to help when they make a mistake.

They still won't do anything about my tank model kit into which they admited they put a wrong pair of tracks by mistake!

Ahh i love Japan !!! I want to go so bad. It truly sucks here in mid west America. This idea is here with the build a bear and build rc cars for boys in the malls but thie is purely awesome. us americans to busy with ourselves to stop and do modeling like this. ugh. Yeah Tamiya
