He's extreamly right. I've lost 50lbs over the last 2 years. All i do is walk, i walk to work and i walk at work and sometimes i'll walk to the grocery store. I don't drive anywhere. I've started to eat less every day because i keep myself occupied with work or cleaning or other things. And as such in the last 2 years i've gone from a size 16 to a 10 and i'm still losing and almost at a size 8.
