SA needs more volunteer neighbourhood watch organizations. The police can`t seem to cop with the countrywide crime.

This really show what the ppl think,black and white alike!Everyine know that SA is going downhill and that the police dont have the power to enforce the law!So it gets taken into their own hands!SA WILL change,its just going to take a long time!
