So far EVERY US made AK mag I have ever used is junk. Also, how many rounds do you need before the weight and bulk overcome any advantage? If you can't hit it in 30 rounds twice as many probably isn't going to save you. My advice: Learn how to hit your target and make a competent mag change, then you won't need a spray and pray gimmick.

$100 for a "throw away" magazine you can't take apart! AND they recommend "cleaning" a chrome silicon springed mag with water! IDIOTS!!!!  Too cheap even for stainless steel. This will fail miserably.

I have a feeling these will not sell. $100 for a 45 round magazine? Drum magazines, new from Korea, are selling for $80. 30 round nib magazines (also from Korea, check Wideners) are selling for $10 flat. New Tapco's are (30 rounds) are going for ten, surplus E. European are going for $10 (30 rounds).

All the above magazines (expect US Palm) can be disassembled for easy maintenance. There is just no reason to buy the US Palm magazines. Anyone who does in my opinion is uninformed.

Hmmmm... 40 round Bulgarian circle 10 - most durable, lightweight, reliable mags on the planet, cost from 35-45$. 45 round quad-stack- bulky, jam-tastic, heavy and require special mag pouches, cost 100$. This is a major fail.

well obviously, they increase the reliability of your firearms, make it more accurate, and lightens the recoil..........It fuckin better for a 100 bucks !!

@Fordfanforlife777 not having to reload as much, longer time shooting at the range before you have to reload your mags. but there may be better options for the price, it depends on how reliable they are, and some guys (like me) are suckers for products that are made in america.

@Fordfanforlife777 yes, but they dont fit in standard mag pouches like this product does, and some people (like me)like to keep everything as consistent as possible. the mags in this vid would enable me to load the same, and would feel the same as a normal mag. when i went prone it would be the same, and it wouldnt be as heavy for long distance traveling or just manipulating your weapon. not saying its better at all, just saying my opinion. i would prefer this product.

@humboldtgunguy You can get pouches/vests that drum magazines will fit to. Also practice with those cheap 30 rounders (wherever they come from) will do you just as well as these quad stacks.

The Russians made a prototype quad stack ak74 mag, but it held 60 rounds. US Palm you can do better than bulky medium capacity overpriced magazine. Maybe an ak buttstock and a set of polymer front handgaurds. This and the break apart ak sounds like something Red Hack Jobs would do, not US Palm

US Palm is fail on this. You are making expensive novelty items on a cheap gun. I would buy a 45 rounder quad stack BUT you have to keep in mind that a round drum holds more and is the same price.

once you star messing with a mag this way it will have issues look at the sten mag it was a double stack single feed and thats the big drawback of the sten and why it had jaming issues (on some mags that conveted them to single stack single feed these are the 20 round ones you find)
