My question is, how much "PROTEIN" should I take after I workout (Post workout)? I've read, asked, and wanted to ask your opinion. I take 1 scoop Optimum 100% Whey protein mixed with glutamine, glycomaize, creatine, and taurine. I know this isn't much information, but I'll ask more questions. thanks for the song.
Okay, nothing wrong with that if that works for you. In my opinion,a much much better alternative: chicken breast + brown rice, beef + whole wheat pasta, in general 30-45gr of protein + complex carbs = win.
Think it would be ok to use applesauce with sugar? I don't drink coffee, anything I could replace it with? How about a post-workout meal? My post workout will be breakfast, anything you recommend to eat and how long after the workout? Thanks.

The oats have 10 grams of protein per cup. Sometimes I will throw in a scoop of whey in the mix too.
