  • Thanks a bunch. That song's going to be great for working out. I have question, I'm working out 5 times a week, and my goal is to reach 190lbs. (I'm currently at 178lbs). My question is, how much "PROTEIN" should I take after I workout (Post workout)? I've read, asked, and wanted to ask your opinion. I take 1 scoop Optimum 100% Whey protein mixed with glutamine, glycomaize, creatine, and taurine. I know this isn't much information, but I'll ask more questions. thanks for the song.

  • Hello Mr. Tucker great pre workout meal. I was just wondering if you new the name of the song played on this video?

  • @MrTurtlepower89 Thanks for checking out the vid. The song is by Seether and is called "Because of me".

  • U da man!

  • Okay, nothing wrong with that if that works for you. In my opinion,a much much better alternative: chicken breast + brown rice, beef + whole wheat pasta, in general 30-45gr of protein + complex carbs = win.

  • @Rollride well not everybody has the time for making all that is the point

  • Couple questions for ya.

Think it would be ok to use applesauce with sugar? I don't drink coffee, anything I could replace it with? How about a post-workout meal? My post workout will be breakfast, anything you recommend to eat and how long after the workout? Thanks.

  • I like oats pre-workout. Dont you have any protein 45mins before the workout? If not why? Cheers.

  • The oats have 10 grams of protein per cup. Sometimes I will throw in a scoop of whey in the mix too.

  • @RT715 Hey I was wondering dont you have to cook the oats?
