You can easily do this with a program like Final Cut or After Effects and multiply the white background of the animation to place the stick figure in the video with you.

(I will be releasing a youtube series with this effect in the near future)

as you can see he takes a video of himslef. Then he will take a picture of the room and put it as the backround in pivot (as you see every time the stickfigure is on the screen he isnt) Then he just makes a video to what ever the stickfigure does. easy, i bet my 6 year old could do it.

if you see he have made many pivot scenes to that movie.

after that he maked a video with he self on with a real camera.

as you can see he and the stickman are never in same scene.

soo he made a viedeo where he are staying there.

and he maked a pivot scene there the stickman goes in with a pistol.

then he take the real camera again and filmed where he hiding under the desk so on the other scene that maked in pivot you wouldn see him.

he maked videos and took the videos together. than its done :D
