That paint job is the original Hammer-tone Finish Astatic put on the Mic back in
June of 1945,.when I got the mic the crystal element was shot,.I could not believe how great the Original paint was in after all these yrs.
There are some minor chips in the grille ,...I couldn't repaint ,.it looked so good!
