Um no. Izzy left of his own accord. The entire band agreed to fire Steven, not just Axl. And Slash, Duff and Matt quit when Axl obtained rights to the band's name because he didn't want their hard work being taken away by someone not a part of the band.

Gilby Clarke is STILL a part of the band, and most of the guys in the current GNR are not wannabe's and have credible pasts as musicians.
