Man I think I'm the only person who liked Avp the first one, the second one was a fucking typical horror and the ending was all like hey guys u destroyed everything.. We Know. Idk man the first one I thought was amazing I fell in love with it the first time I watched it.

aVp 1 was good, when you see it the first time, it was something new, the ending was great and made me wanna see a sequel really bad.

aVp2 was just lame, like he said, it was way too dark...

Lets hope Predators 2010 will be different :)

Believe it or not but I saw AVP in the theater and underwhelmed I was. The worst part for me was when they unmasked the Predator and showcased the shoddy prosthetic job they did on Stan Winston's much more superior Predators from Predator 1 & 2. In fact, maybe a review of those movies should have preceded this one as well as the movies in the Alien series.

It's a real shame what has happened to these movies. The first Alien movie was great; the first Predator movie was great. They have taken two great movie franchises, stuck them together, and destroyed thier legacy. AVP 2 has one redeeming quality, however. It makes AVP 1 look better! :-P
